도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고전압 커넥터의 피메일바디의 단면도.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고전압 커넥터의 안전핀을 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고전압 커넥터의 푸시바를 나타낸 도면.
도 5 내지 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고전압 커넥터의 체결과정을 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (10)
- 삽입홀이 형성되고, 삽입홀의 상부에 격벽이 형성되며, 격벽에 의해 나뉘어진 삽입홀의 상부 공간에 푸시바가 힌지로 설치되며, 푸시바의 일측에는 걸림부가 형성된 피메일(female)바디;
피메일바디의 삽입홀에 삽입되며, 상부에는 걸림부에 대응되는 지점에 걸림후크가 형성되어, 삽입시 걸림후크가 걸림부와 걸림 체결되는 메일(male)바디; 및
피메일바디의 삽입홀 상부공간에 일측부가 삽입되며, 일측부는 걸림부와 걸림후크의 상단에 위치되어 푸시바의 회동을 제한하고, 타측부가 푸시바의 타측 하단과 격벽의 사이에 위치되어 푸시바를 고정하며, 외부로 노출된 타측부에는 탈거용 기구가 삽입되는 핀홈이 상단에 형성되어 수평방향으로 이탈될 경우에만 푸시바의 고정을 해제하게 되는 안전핀;을 포함하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
푸시바의 타측부는 외부로 노출되고, 안전핀이 제거된 상태에서 타측부가 상방에서 가압될 경우 푸시바가 회전되며 걸림부가 걸림후크로부터 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
걸림부와 걸림후크의 접촉면은 대응되는 경사면으로 형성됨으로써, 메일바디의 삽입시 걸림후크는 걸림부를 가압하여 푸시바의 일측이 상승되고 걸림후크가 걸림부를 타고 넘어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
푸시바의 일측에는 관통홀이 형성됨으로써 관통홀의 전단부가 걸림부를 이루도록 하고, 안전핀은 일측부가 푸시바의 관통홀을 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
걸림후크는 메일바디에서 상방으로 돌출되도록 형성되고, 메일바디의 삽입시 걸림후크는 걸림부를 타고 넘어가 관통홀에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
안전핀의 일측부는 관통홀을 관통한 후 걸림부와 걸림후크의 상단에 접촉되고 끝부분이 걸림부 전방에서 하방으로 절곡됨으로써 걸림부와 걸림후크를 감싸는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
안전핀의 핀홈은 직경이 2mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
안전핀의 타측부에는 핀홈으로부터 안전핀 타단까지 연장된 연장홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
안전핀의 핀홈은 안전핀을 관통하는 홀 형상이며, 연장홈은 핀홈으로부터 안전핀 타단까지 일정 깊이를 갖고 길이방향으로 연장된 홈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 커넥터.
