Abstract
본 발명에 의해, 보호회로모듈 조립 완성 후 강한 외력이 작용될 경우에도 조립된 형태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 자동화 공정에 의한 보호회로모듈의 제조 및 조립이 가능하며, 전체적인 보호회로모듈의 높이를 작게 형성할 수 있다.
Description
도 1 은 본 발명에 따른 보호회로모듈의 측단면도이며,
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 보호회로모듈이 배터리팩에 설치되는 상태를 도시하는 분해사시도이다.

Claims (3)
- 배터리팩에 이용되는 보호회로모듈로서,
합성수지재로 구성되는 베이스부와;
상기 베이스부의 일면에 형성되는 제 1 패턴형성부와;
상기 베이스부의 타면에 형성되는 제 2 패턴형성부를 포함하며,
상기 제 2 패턴형성부에는 배터리팩에 포함되는 배터리셀의 상부에 접속되는 셀접속부가 형성되며,
상기 제 2 패턴형성부에는 배터리셀의 과충전을 방지하는 보호회로소자가 설치되며,
상기 제 2 패턴형성부와 셀접속부는 하나의 금속 판재를 이용하여 일체로 형성되되, 상기 셀접속부는 상기 패턴형성부의 양단부에서 굽혀져 외부로 돌출되도록 형성되어 상기 베이스부의 타면에 배치되며,
상기 보호회로소자는 상기 셀접속부 사이에서 상기 셀접속부보다 낮은 높이로 형성되어 상기 제 2 패턴형성부에 배치되고,
상기 제 2 패턴형성부와 셀접속부는 니켈 또는 니켈합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립 성능이 개선된 보호회로모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 패턴형성부는 니켈 또는 니켈합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립 성능이 개선된 보호회로모듈. - 삭제
