Claims (17)
- キャッププレート及び該キャッププレートの中央領域に位置する電極端子を含むベアセルと、
前記キャッププレート上に位置して、前記電極端子と対応する領域に形成された第1端子ホールを含む絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上に位置して、前記電極端子と対応する領域に形成された第2端子ホールを含む保護回路基板を含む保護回路モジュールと、を含み、
前記キャッププレートの上面には、電解液注入栓が前記キャッププレートの上面から突出されて位置して、前記絶縁層において前記電解液注入栓と対応する領域に第1栓ホールが形成されるとともに、前記保護回路基板において前記電解液注入栓と対応する領域に第2栓ホールまたは溝が形成され、
前記絶縁層の面積は、前記保護回路基板の面積と対応することを特徴とすることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記絶縁層は、前記キャッププレートと接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路基板は、前記絶縁層と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁層の下面は、前記キャッププレートの上面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路基板の下面は、前記絶縁層の上面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁層の面積及び前記保護回路基板の面積は、前記キャッププレートの面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁層は、紙またはプラスチックから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁層は、一面または両面に接着物質を付着したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路基板は、印刷回路基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記保護回路基板の第1短辺側に位置して、前記保護回路基板と前記ベアセルを電気的に連結する第1リードプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1リードプレートは、
前記保護回路基板の上面第1短辺側に位置して、前記保護回路基板と電気的に連結される第1プレートと、
前記ベアセルの上面に位置して前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される第2プレートと、
前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートを電気的に連結する第3プレートと、
を含んで、前記第2プレートと前記第3プレートの高さの合計は、前記絶縁層と前記保護回路基板の厚さの合計と対応することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記保護回路基板の上面第2短辺側には、前記保護回路基板と前記ベアセルを機械的または電気的に連結させる第2リードプレートがさらに位置することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記保護回路基板上に位置して、前記ベアセルを外部素子と電気的に連結する充放電端子部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路基板は、前記電極端子と電気的に連結されるPTC部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュール及び前記ベアセルの上部を覆う上部ケースと、
前記ベアセルの下部を覆う下部ケースと、
前記ベアセルの外面を囲むラベルと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部ケースは、前記ベアセルと接着剤によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリーパック。
- キャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレートの上面中央領域に前記キャッププレートの上面から突出されて位置する電極端子と、
前記キャッププレートの上面一側に前記キャッププレートの上面から突出されて位置する電解液注入栓と、を含むベアセルと、
前記キャッププレート上に位置して、前記電極端子と対応する領域に形成された第1端子ホールを含む絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上に位置して、前記電極端子と対応する領域に形成された第2端子ホールを含む保護回路基板を含む保護回路モジュールと、を含み、
前記キャッププレートの上面には、電解液注入栓が前記キャッププレートの上面から突出されて位置して、前記絶縁層において前記電解液注入栓と対応する領域に第1栓ホールが形成されるとともに、前記保護回路基板において前記電解液注入栓と対応する領域に第2栓ホールまたは溝が形成され、
前記絶縁層の一側及び前記保護回路基板の一側は、前記電極端子と前記電解液注入栓との間に位置し、
前記絶縁層の面積は、前記保護回路基板の面積と対応することを特徴とすることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。
