Claims (20)
- 정극, 부극, 비수전해액 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지로서,
상기 정극은, 집전체와, 상기 집전체 위에 형성된 정극 합제층을 포함하고,
상기 정극 합제층은, 정극 활물질을 포함하고,
상기 정극 활물질은, 리튬과 니켈을 포함하는 제1 리튬 함유 복합 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 제1 리튬 함유 복합 산화물의 전량 중의 상기 리튬에 대한 상기 니켈의 몰 비율이, 0.05∼1.05이고,
상기 비수전해액은, 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타내지는 포스포노아세테이트류 화합물을 0.5∼20질량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.

상기 일반식 (1) 중, R1, R2 및 R3은, 각각 독립하여, 할로겐 원자로 치환되어 있어도 되는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기이며, n은 0∼6의 정수이다. - 정극, 부극, 비수전해액 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지로서,
상기 정극은, 집전체와, 상기 집전체 위에 형성된 정극 합제층을 포함하고,
상기 정극 합제층은, 정극 활물질을 포함하고,
상기 정극 활물질은, 리튬과 니켈을 포함하는 제1 리튬 함유 복합 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 정극 활물질의 전량 중의 전체 리튬에 대한 전체 니켈의 전체 몰 비율이, 0.05∼1.0이고,
상기 비수전해액은, 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타내지는 포스포노아세테이트류 화합물을 0.5∼20질량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.

상기 일반식 (1) 중, R1, R2 및 R3은, 각각 독립하여, 할로겐 원자로 치환되어 있어도 되는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기이며, n은 0∼6의 정수이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 리튬 함유 복합 산화물은, 일반 조성식 Li1+yMO2로 나타내지고,
상기 일반 조성식에 있어서, -0.15≤y≤0.15이며, 또한, M은, Ni, Co 및 Mn을 포함하는 원소군을 나타내고,
상기 원소군 M의 전체 원소수에 대한, 상기 원소군 M에 포함되는 Ni, Co 및 Mn의 원소수의 비율을, 각각 a(㏖%), b(㏖%) 및 c(㏖%)라고 하였을 때에, 25≤a≤90, 5≤b≤35, 5≤c≤35 및 10≤b+c≤70으로 나타내지는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 정극 활물질은, 리튬과 천이 금속을 포함하는 제2 리튬 함유 복합 산화물을 추가로 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 정극 합제층의 밀도가, 3.2g/㎤ 이상인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 정극 합제층의 밀도가, 3.6g/㎤ 이상인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비수전해액은, 할로겐 치환된 고리형 카보네이트를 추가로 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부극은, 집전체와, 상기 집전체 위에 형성된 부극 합제층을 포함하고,
상기 부극 합제층은, 부극 활물질을 포함하고,
상기 부극 활물질은, 실리콘과 산소를 구성 원소에 포함하는 재료를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부극은, 집전체와, 상기 집전체 위에 형성된 부극 합제층을 포함하고,
상기 부극 합제층은, 부극 활물질을 포함하고,
상기 부극 활물질은, 실리콘과 산소를 구성 원소에 포함하는 재료와, 탄소 재료의 복합체를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질은, 흑연질 탄소 재료를 추가로 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 비수전해액은, 할로겐 치환된 고리형 카보네이트 및 상기 일반식 (1)로 나타내지는 포스포노아세테이트류 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 비수전해액에 있어서, 상기 포스포노아세테이트류 화합물의 함유량이, 상기 할로겐 치환된 고리형 카보네이트의 함유량 이하인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘과 산소를 구성 원소에 포함하는 재료는, 일반 조성식 SiOx로 나타내지고,
상기 일반 조성식에 있어서, 0.5≤x≤1.5인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질은, 실리콘과 산소를 구성 원소에 포함하는 재료와, 탄소 재료의 복합체를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 비수전해액에 있어서, 상기 할로겐 치환된 고리형 카보네이트의 함유량이, 0.1∼30질량%인 리튬 이차 전지. - 삭제

- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 비수전해액에 있어서, 비닐렌카보네이트를 추가로 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 삭제
