Claims (20)
- a) 우렛디온기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를,b) 다음 일반식 (I)의 화합물 1종 이상과 반응시켜서 우렛디온기를 함유하는 중간체를 얻고(단 성분 a)의 유리 이소시아네이트기의 50% 이상이 일반식 (I)의 화합물과 반응한다.), 이어서 이 중간체를,Y-(XH)n (I)c) 다음 일반식 (II)의 화합물 1종 이상과 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염:Z-(NHR)m (II)상기 각 식에 있어서,XH는 이소시아네이트에 대한 반응성기이고,Y는 이소시아네이트에 대한 반응성이 없으며 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족, 방향족기 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 단량체 또는 중합체 유기 작용기로서, 수평균 몰질량이 20,000 g/몰 미만이며,n은 1, 2 또는 3인데, 일반식 (I)의 화합물의 50 몰% 이상에 대하여 n=1이고,R은 수소, 탄소 원자 수가 최대 36개인 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼, 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 라디칼이며,m은 1,2 또는 3이고,Z는 비염기성 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼, 수평균 몰질량이 10,000 g/몰 미만인 폴리옥시알킬렌 또는 폴리실록산 라디칼로서, -OH, -COOH, -SO3H, -PO3H2, -Si(OR)3 및 -SiR(OR)2로부터 선택되는 작용기들 중 1종 이상을 함유할 수 있는데, 여기서 히드록시기는 폴리인산 또는 P2O5와 반응할 수 있거나, 또는 반응을 일으키는 각각의 OH기에 대해 0.8 분자 이상의 폴리카르복실산 또는 폴리카르복실산 무수물이 사용되도록 하는 양으로 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리카르복실산 또는 그들의 무수물과 반응할 수 있는 것으로서, 단 여전히 존재할 수 있는 모든 유리 NCO기와 최초에 사용된 우렛디온기의 20% 이상이 Z-(NHR)m과 반응하고, 여기서 R은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.

- 제1항에 있어서, Z는A) 탄소 원자의 수가 1 내지 50개인 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형 알킬기,B) 유기 결합기를 통하여 NHR기에 결합되는 것이 가능한 방향족기, 또는C) 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 화합물의 라디칼, 또는D) -OH, -COOH, -SO3H, -PO3H2, -Si(OR)3 및 -SiR(OR)2기로부터 선택되는 작용기 중 1종 이상을 함유할 수 있는, 폴리에테르 함유 폴리실록산, 폴리에스테르 함유 폴리실록산, 또는 폴리에테르 및 폴리에스테르 함유 폴리실록산의 라디칼이고, 여기서 R은 제1항에 정의한 바와 같은 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R은A) 수소, C1-C36 알킬 라디칼, C4-C36 고리형 알킬, C6-C36 아릴 또는 C7-C36 아르알킬 라디칼, 또는B) 수평균 몰질량이 5000 g/몰이고, 포화 또는 불포화인 것일 수 있는 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 화합물의 라디칼 중 1종 이상인 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 상이한 일반식 (I)의 화합물 2종 이상이 사용되는 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화기를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 일반식 (I)의 화합물은 히드록시 관능성 폴리에테르, 히드록시 관능성 폴리에스테르, 히드록시 관능성 폴리에테르-폴리에스테르, 또는 탄소 원자 수가 2 내지 30개인 지방족 또는 지환족 알코올이고, 이들의 수소 원자 중 일부는 할로겐, 아릴 라디칼 또는 이들의 조합에 의하여 치환될 수 있는 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우렛디온기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트계, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트계, 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트계 또는 이들의 조합에 기반한 디이소시아네이트의 고리형 이량체화(二量體化) 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,합성, 반합성 또는 천연 고분자 물질을 주재로 하는 도료, 인쇄 잉크를 비롯한 잉크, 종이 코팅, 피혁 및 직물 착색제, 페이스트, 안료 농축물, 세라믹, 화장품 제제, 캐스팅 조성물 또는 몰딩 조성물의 제조 또는 가공에 사용하기 위한 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,안료 함유 또는 충전제 함유 안료 농축물, 도료, 페이스트 또는 몰딩 조성물의 제조에 사용하기 위한 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 부가 화합물은 필름 형성 결합제, 용매, 안료, 종래의 도료 보조제 또는 이들의 조합과 혼합되는 것인, 착색 도료 제조에 사용하기 위한 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 부가 화합물은 충전제와 혼합되는 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,기판상에 착색 코팅을 제조하는 데 사용하기 위한 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염으로서,상기 부가 화합물을 착색 도료의 제조에 사용하고, 상기 착색 도료를 기판에 도포하고, 기판에 도포된 착색 도료를 굽거나 경화하거나 가교결합하는 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,분말 입자 또는 섬유질 입자 형태로 분산가능한 고체의 제조에 사용하기 위한 것이고, 상기 입자는 부가 화합물로 코팅된 것인 부가 화합물 또는 이 부가 화합물의 염.
- (A) (a) 우렛디온기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를,(b) 다음 일반식 (I)의 화합물 1종 이상과 반응시켜서 우렛디온기를 함유하는 중간체를 얻는 것(단 성분 (a)의 유리 이소시아네이트기의 50% 이상이 일반식 (I)의 화합물과 반응한다)과,Y-(XH)n (I)(B) 이 중간체를,(c) 다음 일반식 (II)의 화합물 1종 이상과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 화합물의 제조 방법:Z-(NHR)m (II)상기 각 식에 있어서,XH는 이소시아네이트에 대한 반응성기이고,Y는 이소시아네이트에 대한 반응성이 없으며 1종 이상의 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족, 방향족기 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 단량체 또는 중합체 유기 작용기로서, 수평균 몰질량이 20,000 g/몰 미만이며,n은 1, 2 또는 3인데, 다만 일반식 (I)의 화합물의 50 몰% 이상에 대하여 n=1이고,R은 수소, 탄소 원자 수가 최대 36개인 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼, 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 라디칼이며,m은 1,2 또는 3이고,Z는 비염기성 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼, 또는 수평균 몰질량이 10,000 g/몰 미만인 폴리옥시알킬렌 또는 폴리실록산 라디칼로서, 작용기 -OH, -COOH, -SO3H, -PO3H2,-Si(OR)3 또는 -SiR(OR)2를 함유할 수 있고, 여기서 R은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제18항에 있어서,반응 생성물에 존재하는 히드록시기를 폴리인산 또는 P2O5와 반응시키거나 또는 반응을 일으키는 각 OH기에 대하여 0.8 분자 이상의 폴리카르복실산 또는 폴리카르복실산 무수물이 사용되는 양으로 카르복실기가 2개 이상인 폴리카르복실산 또는 그의 무수물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 부가 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 부가 화합물을 유기 또는 무기 염기와 반응시키는 공정을 특징으로 하되, 단 여전히 존재할 수 있는 모든 유리 NCO기와 최초에 사용된 우렛디온기의 20% 이상이 Z-(NHR)m과 반응하고, 여기서 R은 제18항에 정의한 바와 같은 것인 부가 화합물의 제조 방법.
