Description
Claims (20)
- 얀 중의 중합체 섬유 및 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유 100 중량부를 기준으로,
4,4'다이아미노다이페닐 설폰, 3,3'다이아미노다이페닐 설폰, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단량체로부터 유도되는 중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 중합체 스테이플 섬유 50 내지 95 중량부; 및
인장 모듈러스가 200 그램/데니어 (180 g/dtex) 이상인 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유 5 내지 50 중량부
를 포함하는 난연성 방적 얀. - 제1항에 있어서, 얀 중의 중합체 스테이플 섬유 및 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유 100 중량부를 기준으로,
중합체 스테이플 섬유는 50 내지 75 중량부의 양으로 존재하고,
고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 25 내지 50 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 난연성 방적 얀. - 제2항에 있어서, 얀 중의 중합체 스테이플 섬유 및 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유의 총량을 기준으로,
중합체 스테이플 섬유는 60 내지 70 중량부의 양으로 존재하고,
고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 30 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 난연성 방적 얀. - 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 스테이플 섬유에 사용되는 중합체 또는 공중합체의 적어도 80 몰%는 설폰 아민 단량체 또는 설폰 아민 단량체들의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 난연성 방적 얀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 강인도(tenacity)가 5 그램/데니어 (4.5 g/dtex) 이상인 난연성 방적 얀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 강인도가 10 그램/데니어 (9 g/dtex) 이상인 난연성 방적 얀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 중합체는 테레프탈로일 클로라이드, 아이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 및 이들의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택되는 단량체로부터 유도되는 구조를 추가로 포함하는 난연성 방적 얀.

- 제1항에 있어서, 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 파라-아라미드, 폴리아졸, 탄소 및 이들의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택되는 섬유인 난연성 방적 얀.
- 제1항의 얀을 포함하는 직조 천.
- 제1항의 얀을 포함하는 보호 의복.
- 순서대로,
내측 열 라이닝, 액체 장벽; 및
외피 천(outer shell fabric)을 포함하며,
외피 천은 제10항의 직조 천을 포함하는 난연성 의복. - a) 얀 중의 중합체 섬유 및 고 모듈러스 섬유 100 중량부를 기준으로, 4,4'다이아미노다이페닐 설폰, 3,3'다이아미노다이페닐 설폰, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단량체로부터 유도되는 중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 중합체 스테이플 섬유 50 내지 95 중량부, 및 인장 모듈러스가 200 그램/데니어 (180 g/dtex) 이상인 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유 5 내지 50 중량부의 섬유 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및

고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 25 내지 50 중량부의 양으로 존재하는, 난연성 방적 얀의 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 얀 중의 중합체 스테이플 섬유 및 고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유 100 중량부를 기준으로,
중합체 스테이플 섬유는 60 내지 70 중량부의 양으로 존재하고,
고 모듈러스 스테이플 섬유는 30 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재하는, 난연성 방적 얀의 제조 방법. - 삭제
