Claims (11)
- (a) 실리콘 기판 위에 금속막을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 금속막이 형성된 실리콘 기판을 열처리하여, 상기 실리콘 기판으로부터 실리콘 박막을 박리시킴으로써, 실리콘 박막이 적층된 금속막을 얻는 단계; 및
(c) 치환 도금 용액을 포함하는 도금조에 실리콘 박막을 담지하여, 상기 실리콘 박막을 도금한 뒤, 식각액에 담지하여 실리콘 나노와이어를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 실리콘계 음극의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 금속막이 전기도금법, 스퍼터링법, 화학 기상 증착(CVD) 방법, 미케노-퓨전(Mechano-Fusion) 및 볼밀링(Ball- milling)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법에 의하여 형성되는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속막의 두께가 1 내지 10 ㎛인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서, 실리콘 박막은 진공 분위기 하에서, 300 내지 800℃의 온도 범위 내에서 열처리 되는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계의 치환 도금 용액이 불산 수용액에 금속 화합물을 용해시켜 제조되는 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 금속 화합물이 질산은(AgNo3)인 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 식각액이 불산(HF) 및 과산화수소(H2O2)의 혼합액인 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 불산(HF)의 농도가 4 내지 5 M 인 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 과산화수소(H2O2)의 농도가 0.2 내지 0.6 M 인 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 항에 따른 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 실리콘계 음극.
- 제10항에 따른 실리콘계 음극;
양극;
전해질; 및
세퍼레이터를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
