Claims (8)
- 질소를 함유하는 무기화합물 입자를 포함하는 차폐층과, 상기 차폐층의 일면에 위치하여 상기 차폐층을 지지하는 지지층을 포함하고,
상기 차폐층은 직경이 30nm인 질화티타늄 입자 5~6중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 93~94중량부 및 분산제 1중량부를 혼합한 다음 지르코늄 비드를 이용한 볼밀법에 의해 분산액을 생성하고, 상기 분산액 10중량부를 하드코팅용 수지 10중량부에 혼합하여 생성한 도포액을 마이크로 그라비아 코팅, 나이프 코팅 및 롤투롤 코팅 방식 중 어느 하나의 방식으로 상기 지지층에 코팅하여 형성되어,
가시광선 투과율이 5~6%이고, 근적외선 투과율이 5.6~7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 및 근적외선 차단특성을 가지는 필름.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하드코팅용 수지는
자외선 경화수지 또는 아크릴계 점착제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 및 근적외선 차단특성을 가지는 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액은
안티몬틴옥사이드(ATO), 인듐틴옥사이드(ITO), 텅스텐 브론즈(Tungsten Bronze), 프탈로시아닌계·디임모늄계·디티올렌계의 염료 형태의 유기색소가 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 및 근적외선 차단특성을 가지는 필름.
