Claims (5)
- 제1 변속단과 제2 변속단의 양쪽에 있어서 체결되고, 제1 변속단에 있어서의 토크 분담비보다 제2 변속단에 있어서의 토크 분담비가 큰 마찰 체결 요소를 갖고,
상기 마찰 체결 요소를 포함하는 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 선택적으로 체결시켜 상기 제1 및 제2 변속단을 포함하는 복수의 목표 변속단을 선택 가능한 유단식의 자동 변속기의 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 마찰 체결 요소가 슬립 상태인지의 여부를 판단하는 슬립 상태 판단 수단과,
상기 유단식 자동 변속기에의 입력 토크 상한값을 설정하는 입력 토크 상한값 설정 수단을 갖고,
상기 입력 토크 상한값 설정 수단은, 상기 제2 변속단으로의 변속이 완료되고, 또한 상기 입력 토크 상한값일 때에 상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단에 의해 슬립 상태라고 판단되었을 때는, 상기 입력 토크 상한값으로부터 제1 소정량을 감산한 값을 감산측 입력 토크 상한값으로서 설정하고,
상기 감산측 입력 토크 상한값이 설정된 상태에서 차회의 제2 변속단으로의 변속이 완료되고, 또한 상기 감산측 입력 토크 상한값일 때에 상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단에 의해 슬립 상태라고 판단되지 않을 때는, 상기 감산측 입력 토크 상한값에 제2 소정량을 가산한 값을 새로운 입력 토크 상한값으로서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단에 의해 상기 마찰 체결 요소가 슬립 상태라고 판단된 경우, 상기 마찰 체결 요소를 사용하지 않는 페일 세이프 제어를 실시하고, 상기 제2 변속단이 선택되어 있을 때에, 상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단에 의해 상기 마찰 체결 요소가 슬립 상태라고 판단된 경우, 상기 페일 세이프 제어를 실시하지 않는 페일 세이프 제어 실시 수단을 갖고,
상기 제2 변속단 이외의 변속단이 선택되어 있을 때에, 상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단에 의해 상기 마찰 체결 요소가 슬립 상태라고 판단된 경우, 상기 입력 토크 상한값 설정 수단은, 입력 토크 상한값의 설정을 유지하고,
상기 페일 세이프 제어 실시 수단은, 상기 마찰 체결 요소를 사용하지 않는 페일 세이프 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 소정량은, 상기 제1 소정량보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단은, 상기 유단식 자동 변속기의 실변속비가 상기 목표 변속단의 변속비로부터 제3 소정량 이상 어긋난 상태가 소정 시간 계속되었을 때에 슬립 상태라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 슬립 상태 판단 수단은, 상기 유단식 자동 변속기의 실변속비가 상기 목표 변속단의 변속비로부터 상기 제3 소정량보다 큰 제4 소정량 이상 어긋났을 때는 슬립 상태라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
