Abstract
본 발명의 기술이 적용되는 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료는, 탄소섬유를 X축 Y축의 이차원으로 배열되는 2D(2 Directional)와 X축 Y축 Z축의 삼차원으로 배열되는 3D(3 Directional) 프리폼(Preform) 내부에 적정량의 Si 분말을 도포하여 만드는 프리폼제작단계; 프리폼을 구성하는 탄소섬유의 공극사이로 매탄가스나 프로판가스 또는 액상의 피치로 이루어진 매트릭스를 채워 탄소복합재료의 조직을 치밀화하는 밀도화단계; 밀도화된 탄소복합재료 내부의 Si 분말이 용융되어 탄화규소(SiC)화 되는 공정과 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료의 조직을 안정화시키는 흑연화단계 단계를 동시에 진행하는 혼합(Hybrid)공정단계를 거쳐 완성하는 것이 특징이다.

도 3은 본 발명의 기술이 적용된 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료 제조과정에 있어서 시간과 온도에 대한 사이클을 도시한 그래프도.
도 4는 종래 기술이 적용된 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료의 제조과정을 도시한 공정 블록도.
도 5는 종래 기술이 적용된 액상실리콘침투단계를 위한 로(Furnace)내 제품 장입 개략도.
Claims (2)
- 탄소섬유를 X축 Y축의 이차원으로 배열되는 2D(2 Directional)와 X축 Y축 Z축의 삼차원으로 배열되는 3D(3 Directional) 프리폼(Preform) 내부에 적정량의 실리콘 분말을 도포하여 만드는 프리폼제작단계와;
프리폼을 구성하는 탄소섬유의 공극사이로 매탄가스나 프로판가스 또는 액상의 피치로 이루어진 매트릭스를 채워 탄소복합재료의 조직을 치밀화하는 밀도화단계와;
밀도화된 탄소복합재료 내부의 실리콘 분말이 용융되어 탄화규소(SiC)화 되는 공정과 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료의 조직을 안정화시키는 흑연화단계 단계를 동시에 진행하는 혼합(Hybrid)공정단계를 거쳐 완성하고;
상기 실리콘 분말은 프리폼제작과정에서 1cm3에 대하여 0.5 ~ 2.5g이 되도록 균일하게 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄화규소 복합재료 제조방법. - 삭제
