Claims (17)
- 일방향으로 동일한 피치에 높이가 다른 연속된 파형 패턴으로 각각 제조된 2장 이상의 박판재가 상호 겹쳐져, 겹쳐진 박판재 사이에 일정한 공기층을 형성한 상태로,
상기 파형 패턴의 방향에 대하여 교차되는 사선방향으로 상기 겹쳐진 박판재의 상면와 하면에 엇갈린 사선형으로 가압 성형되어 상기 상면과 하면의 파형 패턴을 각각 삼각 패턴의 셀 단위로 구획하는 사선형 가압부가 형성되며,
상기 각 박판재의 상면과 하면의 각 셀 단위 골부와 산부를 연결하는 양 측면 중앙부가 반대측 사선형 가압부에 의해 압착된 언더컷부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항에 있어서,

두께가 서로 다른 상부판재와 하부판재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 파형 패턴은
일방향을 따라 연속된 정현파형의 패턴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 사선형 가압부는
상기 겹쳐진 박판재의 상면과 하면에 지그재그 모양으로 가압 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 사선형 가압부에서는
상기 각 박판재가 상호 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 셀 단위는
상기 겹쳐진 박판재 사이의 산부와 산부 사이, 및 골부와 골부 사이에 각 사선형 가압부에 의해 형성되는 삼각 패턴의 내부 밀폐 공기층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 교차하는 사선방향은
상기 파형 패턴의 방향에 대하여 예각과 둔각을 가지며 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 동일한 피치에 높이가 다른 연속된 파형 패턴으로 각각 제조된 알루미늄 박판 소재의 상부판재와 하부판재가 상호 겹쳐져 상부판재와 하부판재 사이에 일정한 공기층을 형성하며,
상기 파형 패턴의 방향에 대하여 교차되는 사선방향으로 겹쳐진 상부판재의 상면과 하부판재의 하면이 엇갈린 사선형으로 가압 성형되어 상기 상부판재와 하부판재의 파형 패턴을 각각 삼각 패턴의 셀 단위로 구획하는 사선형 가압부가 형성되며,
상기 겹쳐진 상부판재와 하부판재의 각 삼각 패턴의 셀 단위 골부와 산부를 연결하는 양 측면 중앙부가 반대측 사선형 가압부에 의해 상호 압착되어 언더컷부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 공기층은
상기 겹쳐진 상부판재와 하부판재의 각 산부 사이, 및 각 골부 사이에 각 사선형 가압부에 의해 삼각 패턴의 셀 단위로 밀폐되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 상부판재와 하부판재는
두께가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 상부판재와 하부판재는
두께가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 파형 패턴은
일방향을 따라 연속된 정현파형의 패턴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 사선형 가압부에서는
상기 상부판재와 하부판재가 상호 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 셀 단위는
상기 겹쳐진 상부판재와 하부판재의 각 산부 사이, 및 각 골부 사이에 각 사선형 가압부에 의해 형성되는 삼각 패턴의 내부 밀폐 공기층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합 판재.
