Claims (20)
- a) 예비중합체 주쇄에 1.2중량% 미만의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용성 폴리에터계 예비중합체;b) 하나 이상의 저극성 가소제;c) 하나 이상의 고극성 가소제;d) 하나 이상의 카본블랙; 및e) 이소시아네이트 잔기와 하이드록실기의 반응을 위한 하나 이상의 촉매를 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 저극성 가소제는 프탈레이트 에스터의 극성과 동일하거나 그보다 작은 극성을 가지며, 상기 고극성 가소제는 프탈레이트 에스터의 극성보다 큰 큭성을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용성 폴리에터계 예비중합체가 8.5 중량% 미만의, 우레아; 우레탄; 카보닐기 및 하나 이상의 질소 또는 산소 원자를 함유하는 작용기; 또는 이들의 조합을 함유하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고극성 가소제가, 하나 이상의 설폰산 알킬 에스터, 알킬 알킬에터 다이에스터, 폴리에스터 수지, 포르말(formal), 폴리글리콜 다이에스터, 중합체성 폴리에스터, 트라이카복실산 에스터, 다이알킬에터 다이에스터, 다이알킬에터 방향족 에스터, 방향족 포스페이트 에스터 또는 방향족 설폰아미드를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저극성 가소제가, 하나 이상의 방향족 다이에스터, 방향족 트라이에스터, 지방족 다이에스터, 에폭시화된 에스터, 에폭시화된 오일, 염화된 탄화수소, 방향족 오일, 알킬에터 모노에스터, 나프텐계 오일, 알킬 모노에스터, 글리세리드 오일, 파라핀계 오일 또는 실리콘 오일을 포함하는, 조성물.
- 청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 고극성 가소제가 하나 이상의 설폰산 알킬 에스터인, 조성물.
- 청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 저극성 가소제가 하나 이상의 방향족 다이에스터인, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 카본블랙이 전도성 카본블랙이고, 상기 전도성 카본블랙이 상기 조성물이 15 이하의 유전 상수를 갖도록 하는 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용성 폴리에터계 예비중합체가 20 내지 60 중량부의 양으로 존재하고;b) 상기 하나 이상의 저극성 가소제가 5 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재하고;c) 상기 하나 이상의 고극성 가소제가 0.2 내지 20 중량부의 양으로 존재하고;d) 상기 하나 이상의 카본블랙이 10 내지 35 중량부의 양으로 존재하고;e) 이소시아네이트 잔기와 하이드록실기의 반응을 위한 상기 하나 이상의 촉매가 0.05 내지 2 중량부의 양으로 존재하되, 조성물의 총 중량부가 100부인,조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 23 ℃에서 고체인 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용성 폴리에스터계 예비중합체를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 3개 이상의 공칭 작용기를 갖는 하나 이상의 다작용성 폴리이소시아네이트를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 청구항 11은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 10 항에 있어서,상기 다작용성 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 다이이소시아네이트 또는 메틸렌 다이페닐 다이이소시아네이트계의 올리고머 또는 중합체인, 조성물.
- 청구항 12은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.둘 이상의 기재를 함께 접합하는 방법으로서, 상기 둘 이상의 기재를 함께, 상기 기재들이 접촉되는 면적의 적어도 일부를 따라 위치한 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 접합 방법.
