Abstract
本发明提供一种车窗用密封胶,其特征在于,以质量份计,含有如下组分:溶剂,二甲基硅油1份,聚乙二醇1份,醋酸纤维素1~3份,聚异丁烯1份,酪蛋白0.5~2份,聚四氢呋喃0.2份。根据本发明的车窗用密封胶,未采用任何有害于人体的挥发性物质做为原料,同时,采用醋酸纤维素、酪蛋白和聚乙二醇的混合物作为主要胶粘成分,因此,挥发物成分含量极少,有效减少了车内污染。

本发明涉及一种车窗用密封胶,属于汽车材料领域。
背景技术
近年来车内装饰越来越多样化,同时,车内装饰在生产制造和安装的过程中会使用大量胶粘剂,而胶粘剂通常会含有挥发性有机化合物(VOC),是车内污染的主要来源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种VOC含量低的汽车用胶粘剂,用于车内车窗的密封条部位,尤其是车门上的升降车窗的密封条,减少VOC的含量,绿色环保。
本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种车窗用密封胶,其特征在于,以质量份计,含有如下组分:溶剂,二甲基硅油1份,聚乙二醇1份,醋酸纤维素1~3份,聚异丁烯1份,酪蛋白0.5~2份,聚四氢呋喃0.2份。
进一步,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,醋酸纤维素与酪蛋白的质量比为:1.5:1~5:1。
进一步,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:还具有:甘油1份。
作为优选,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,醋酸纤维素与酪蛋白的质量比为:2:1~4:1。
作为进一步的优选,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,醋酸纤维素与酪蛋白的质量比为:4:1。
作为优选,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,聚异丁烯与酪蛋白的质量比为1:2~1:0.5。
作为进一步的优选,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,聚异丁烯与酪蛋白的质量比为2:1。
进一步,本发明的车窗用密封胶,还可以具有如下技术特征:其中,溶剂为异丙醇,质量份为2份。
发明的有益效果
根据本发明的车窗用密封胶,未采用任何有害于人体的挥发性物质做为原料,同时,采用醋酸纤维素、酪蛋白和聚乙二醇的混合物作为主要胶粘成分,因此,挥发物成分含量极少,有效减少了车内污染。
另外,由于醋酸纤维素、酪蛋白和聚乙二醇这几种胶粘物质之间具有复杂的侧链交联特性,具有较好的弹性,因此在车窗上下运动时,使用本发明胶粘剂的密封条位置会具有较好的弹性。减少了密封条与车窗间的硬性接触,提升了车窗升降的顺畅感。

本实施方式的粘性为各实施方式中最佳。

以上各实施例的组分混合均匀后,根据《GBT27630-2011乘用车内空气质量评价指南》中的方法检测TVOC含量。各项有机挥发物的含量均远低于国标。
然后,采用本发明的车窗用密封胶,进行裸露测试,具体方法为:取单位面积的玻璃板,将单位质量的本发明的密封胶均匀涂布在玻璃板上,自然风干后,放入封闭检测箱中,放置1小时后检测TVOC含量,检测值为,0.001~0.002mg/m3远远小于国标。上述单位面积为1m2,单位质量为100g。室内TVOC国标:小于0.5mg/m3。
本发明中的溶剂采用异丙醇,在具体实施时,溶剂可采用性质与异丙醇类似的其它溶剂,并不限定于异丙醇这一种,当然,溶剂的用量也可以根据密封胶的固化时间来酌情使用,并不限定于上述实施方式中所使用的量。
