도 2는 제1 실시형태에 관한 금속재의 접합방법의 다른 형태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 제1 실시형태에 관한 회전툴의 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4는 제2 실시형태에 관한 회전툴의 구조를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5는 제3 실시형태에 관한 회전툴의 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 6은 실험예에서의 회전툴의 접합 회수에 대한 마모 질량의 변화를 나타내는 그래프도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 회전툴에 의한 접합부의 단면도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 회전툴에 의한 접합부의 소금물 분무시험 후의 도면이다.
도 9는 종래의 Si3N4만으로 이루어진 회전툴에 의한 접합부의 단면도이다.

Claims (26)
- 2개의 금속재를 가공부에서 대향시키고, 막대 모양의 회전툴을 회전시키면서 상기 회전툴의 선단을 상기 가공부에 삽입하여, 상기 2개의 금속재를 가공하는 금속재의 가공방법으로서,
상기 회전툴의 선단은 중앙부에서 돌출한 프로브와 주변부의 숄더를 가지고,
상기 프로브와 상기 숄더는 적어도 상기 금속재와 접촉하는 표면부에서 다른 재질로 이루어지며,
상기 금속재는 스테인리스강, 탄소강, 합금강, Ni기 합금, Ti, Co, Rh, Pd, Cu, Pt 및 Au 중 적어도 어느 하나 또는 스테인리스강, 탄소강, 합금강, Ni기 합금, Ti, Co, Rh, Pd, Cu, Pt 및 Au 중 적어도 어느 하나의 합금으로 이루어지고,
상기 프로브는 Ir 및 Ir을 50질량% 이상 포함하는 합금 중 어느 하나로 이루어지며,
상기 숄더는 Si3N4 및 다결정 입방정 질화붕소 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것으로 하는 금속재의 가공방법. - 삭제
