Claims (1)
- 주축에 착탈 가능하게 장착되는 공구와 테이블 상에 고정 지지되는 작업물을 상대적으로 이동시켜 당해 작업물에 가공을 실시하는 공작 기계의 가공 방법이며,
상기 주축에 터치 프로브를 장착하고, 당해 터치 프로브를 장착한 주축의 축 단부를 미리 결정된 위치(Ps1)에 위치시키고 있을 때의 당해 터치 프로브의 온 상태의 선단부의 위치(Pp1) 및 오프 상태의 선단부의 위치(Pp2)를 광학적으로 각각 계측하고, 당해 터치 프로브의 온 상태의 선단부의 위치(Pp1) 및 오프 상태의 선단부의 위치(Pp2)에 기초하여 당해 터치 프로브의 불감대 영역 길이(Lp2)를 산출하는 터치 프로브 불감대 영역 길이 산출 공정과,
상기 터치 프로브를 장착한 주축의 축 단부의 위치(Ps1) 및 상기 터치 프로브의 오프 상태의 선단부의 위치(Pp2)에 기초하여 당해 터치 프로브의 외관상의 길이(Lp1)를 산출하고, 당해 외관상의 길이(Lp1)에 상기 불감대 영역 길이(Lp2)를 가미함으로써, 당해 터치 프로브의 실질적인 길이(Lp3)를 산출하는 터치 프로브 길이 산출 공정과,
상기 주축에 장착된 터치 프로브의 선단부를 상기 테이블 상의 상기 작업물의 상면에 접촉시켜 당해 터치 프로브가 온 상태로 되었을 때의 당해 주축의 축 단부의 위치(Ps2) 및 상기 터치 프로브의 실질적인 길이(Lp3)에 기초하여 당해 작업물의 실제의 높이(Lw)를 구하는 작업물 높이 산출 공정과,
상기 주축에 상기 공구를 장착하고, 당해 공구를 장착한 주축의 축 단부를 미리 결정된 위치(Ps3)에 위치시키고 있을 때의 당해 공구의 선단부의 위치(Pt1)를 광학적으로 계측하고, 상기 공구를 장착한 주축의 축 단부의 위치(Ps3) 및 상기 공구의 선단부의 위치(Pt1)에 기초하여 당해 공구의 실제의 길이(Lt)를 산출하는 공구 길이 산출 공정과,
상기 작업물 높이 산출 공정에서 산출된 상기 작업물의 높이(Lw) 및 상기 공구 길이 산출 공정에서 산출된 상기 공구의 길이(Lt)에 기초하여, 상기 작업물과 상기 공구를 상대적으로 이동시켜 당해 작업물에 가공을 실시하는 본 가공 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가공 방법.
