Claims (7)
- 편광판 보호필름 및 편광자를 포함한 편광판으로서,상기 편광판 보호필름은, 환상 올레핀계 수지 필름 및 상기 환상 올레핀계 수지 필름의 일면에 형성되는 이소시아네이트계 실란 커플링제 층을 포함하며,상기 편광판 보호필름은, 상기 이소시아네이트계 실란 커플링제 층을 개입시켜 상기 편광자의 일면 또는 양면에 적층되며,상기 편광판 보호필름의 상기 이소시아네이트계 실란 커플링제 층이, 폴리비닐알코올 수용액으로부터 이루어진 수성 접착제를 이용하여, 상기 편광자에 접착되어 있고,상기 환상 올레핀계 수지 필름을 구성하는 환상 올레핀계 수지가,(a)α-올레핀과 하기 화학식(I) 또는 (II)로 표시되는 환상 올레핀과의 랜덤 공중합체,(b) 하기의 화학식(I) 또는 (II)로 표시되는 환상 올레핀의 개환 중합체 또는 개환 공중합체,(c) 상기 (b)의 개환 중합체 또는 개환 공중합체의 수소화물, 또는(d) 상기(a)~(c) 중 어느 하나의 환상 올레핀계 수지를, α,β-불포화 카르본산 또는 그 유도체, 스티렌계 탄화수소, 올레핀계 불포화 결합 및 가수분해 가능한 기를 가지는 유기 규소 화합물, 불포화 에폭시 단량체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 이용해 변성시켜 수득한 유도체인 편광판:(식 중, n는 0 또는 1이며, m는 0 또는 양의 정수이며, q는 0 또는 1이며, R1~R18 및 Ra 및 Rb는, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소기이며, R15~R18는 서로 결합하여 단환 또는 다환을 형성하고 있어도 좋고, 한편 상기 단환 또는 다환은 이중 결합을 가지고 있어도 좋고, 또 R15 와 R16 로, 또는 R17와 R18 로 알킬리덴기를 형성하고 있어도 좋음).(식 중, p 및 q는 0 또는 양의 정수이며, m 및 n는 0, 1 또는 2이며, R1~R19는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 탄화수소기 또는 알콕시기이며, R9 또는 R10가 결합하고 있는 탄소 원자와, R13가 결합하고 있는 탄소 원자 또는 R11가 결합하고 있는 탄소 원자와는 직접 또는 탄소수 1~3의 알킬렌기를 개입시켜 결합할 수 있고, 또 n=m=0 때 R15 와 R12 또는 R15 와 R19와는 서로 결합하여 단환 또는 다환의 방향족환을 형성할 수 있음).
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,환형 올레핀계 수지 필름이 연신가공에 의해 위상차를 부여된, 위상차 필름인, 편광판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,편광자가 폴리비닐 알코올계 폴리머로부터 이루어진 필름에 옥소 또는 2색성 염료를 흡착시킨 편광 필름인, 편광판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 편광판을 터치패널의 표면에 이용한 저항막식 터치패널로서, ITO 유리, 점착제, ITO 필름 및 상기 편광판을 순으로 적층하여 이루어진 저항막식 터치패널.
