Abstract
Description

도 5 는 제 1 기판이 기판 커넥터안으로 삽입 또는 분리되는 도중의 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 6 은 제 1 기판이 기판 커넥터안으로 가장 깊게 삽입된 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 7 은 본원의 제 2 실시형태에 따른 기판 커넥터를 나타내는 부분 절취된 사시도이다.
도 8 은 제 1 기판이 제 2 실시형태에 따른 기판 커넥터안으로 가장 깊게 삽입된 상태를 나타내는 부분 절취된 사시도이다.
도 9 는 선행의 전기 커넥터를 나타내는 단면도이다.
Claims (13)
- 기판 커넥터로서,
외부로부터 삽입되는 기판을 사이에 끼우는 제 1 클리핑부와 제 2 클리핑부, 상기 제 1 클리핑부를 지지하는 제 1 빔부, 및 상기 제 2 클리핑부를 지지하는 제 2 빔부를 구비하는 접촉자,
상기 접촉자를 지지하는 하우징, 및
상기 제 1 빔부에 고정되는 액츄에이터를 포함하고,
상기 액츄에이터는, 제 1 및 제 2 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 후방측상에 더 형성되고 또한 기판 삽입시 이 기판에 의해 밀려지는 작동 지점부를 구비하고,
상기 제 1 클리핑부는 제 2 클리핑부로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 액츄에이터와는 별도로 탄성 변위되고,
상기 제 2 빔부는 하우징에 의해 유지되고,
상기 제 2 클리핑부는 제 1 클리핑부로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 하우징과는 별도로 탄성 변위되는, 기판 커넥터. - 삭제
- 기판 커넥터로서,
외부로부터 삽입되는 기판을 사이에 끼우는 제 1 클리핑부와 제 2 클리핑부, 상기 제 1 클리핑부를 지지하는 제 1 빔부, 및 상기 제 2 클리핑부를 지지하는 제 2 빔부를 구비하는 접촉자,
상기 제 2 빔부를 지지하는 하우징, 및
상기 제 1 빔부에 고정되는 액츄에이터를 포함하고,
상기 액츄에이터는, 제 1 및 제 2 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 후방측상에 더 형성되고 또한 기판 삽입시 이 기판에 의해 밀려지는 작동 지점부를 구비하고,
상기 제 2 클리핑부는 제 1 클리핑부로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 액츄에이터와는 별도로 탄성 변위되고,
상기 제 1 클리핑부는 제 1 빔부와는 별도로 탄성 변위되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 클리핑부는 제 1 빔부와는 별도로 탄성 변위되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 클리핑부는 제 1 빔부에 의해 캔틸레버처럼 지지되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 빔부는, 제 1 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 전방측상에 더 형성되어 또한 액츄에이터에 고정되는 고정부를 구비하는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 빔부는 제 1 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 후방측상에 더 형성되는 인접부를 구비하고, 이 인접부의 제 2 클리핑부측 쪽으로의 운동은 액츄에이터의 인접할 부분에 접함으로써 조절되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 클리핑부는 제 2 빔부와는 별도로 탄성 변위되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 클리핑부는 제 2 빔부에 의해 캔틸레버처럼 지지되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 빔부는, 제 2 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 전방측상에 더 형성되어 또한 하우징에 고정되는 고정부를 구비하는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 빔부는, 제 2 클리핑부보다 기판 삽입 방향으로의 후방측상에 더 형성되는 인접부를 구비하고, 이 인접부의 제 1 클리핑부측 쪽으로의 운동은 액츄에이터의 인접할 부분에 접함으로써 조절되는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 접촉자는 제 1 빔부와 제 2 빔부 사이를 연결하는 연결부를 구비하는, 기판 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
다수의 접촉자가 제공되고, 이 접촉자는 기판 삽입 방향에 수직한 방향으로 서로 병렬로 배열되는, 기판 커넥터.
