도 4는 상기 전구형 램프를 이용한 조명기구이다.

Claims (7)
- 반도체 발광소자를 갖는 발광 모듈과;
상기 발광 모듈이 일단측의 면에 탑재된 방열판과;
금속제로서 프레스 성형에 의하여 일단측을 향해 확개(擴開)되는 동시에 일단측이 개구(開口)되는 원통 형상으로 형성되며, 그 일단측에 상기 방열판이 배치되는 케이스체와;
상기 케이스체내에 배치되고, 상기 케이스체의 내면을 따라 일단측을 향해 확개되는 동시에 일단측이 개구되는 원통 형상으로 형성되며, 점등회로기판 걸림용의 걸림부를 갖는 합성수지제의 케이스와;
상기 케이스의 타단측에 부착된 구금(口金)과;
점등회로부품이 실장(實裝)되며, 상기 케이스내에 램프 축 방향을 따라 종형(縱形)으로 배치되는 점등회로기판을 갖고, 상기 점등회로기판이 상기 케이스의 내면 형상을 따라 일단측이 광폭으로 되는 형상으로 형성되는 동시에, 상기 점등회로기판이 상기 케이스내에서 상기 구금측에 가까운 위치에 배치되며, 상기 점등회로기판의 일단측이 상기 걸림부에서 걸려, 상기 점등회로기판과 상기 방열판의 사이에 절연부재가 개재되지 않고 상기 방열판과의 절연거리가 형성된 점등회로;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 내면에는, 상기 점등회로기판의 양측부가 일단측으로부터 삽입되는 기판 유지부가 설치되고,
상기 걸림부는, 상기 기판 유지부에 삽입된 상기 점등회로기판의 일단측을 걸어멈추게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 일단측에 부착된 글로브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는, 상기 방열판을 관통하여 일단측으로 돌출되고, 상기 글로브를 부착하는 글로브 부착부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 방열판 주변부에는, 상기 글로브 부착부가 관통하는 노치부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스체는, 일단측을 향해 확개되는 테이퍼부를 갖고,
상기 방열판은, 주변부의 판두께 단면(端面)에 상기 케이스체의 안쪽으로부터 상기 테이퍼부에 면접촉하는 테이퍼면이 형성되며, 상기 케이스에 고착됨에 의해 상기 테이퍼면이 상기 케이스체에 압접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 램프. - 소켓을 갖는 기구 본체와;
소켓에 장착되는 청구항 1에 기재된 전구형 램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
