Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에서 사용하기에 적합한 연속 루프 반응기의 개략도이다.
Claims (8)
- 부가 중합 조건 하에서 부가 중합성 단량체 또는 단량체 혼합물을 1종의 올레핀 중합 촉매, 조촉매 및 사슬 이동제를 포함하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하고, 생성된 중합체의 일부 이상 내에 형성된 2개 이상의 블록 또는 세그먼트가 화학적 또는 물리적으로 구별가능하도록 상이한 공정 조건 하에서 성장 중합체 사슬의 일부 이상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상이한 공정 조건이 반응기 내 2개 이상의 구역 사이에서 유지되는 단량체의 농도 구배이며, 상기 반응기가 루프 반응기인, 상이한 중합체 조성 또는 특성의 다중 구역 또는 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체를 형성하는 1종 이상의 부가 중합성 단량체의 단일 반응기 연속식 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3.0 미만의 분자량 분포 (Mw/Mn)를 갖고; 상이한 화학적 또는 물리적 특성의 2개 이상의 분자내 구역 또는 세그먼트를 포함하는 유사-블록 공중합체의 제조를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 공중합체를 포함하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 식의 금속 착체를 포함하는 방법.

R11은 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 시클로헤테로알킬, 아릴, 및 수소 이외의 1개 내지 30개의 원자를 함유한 그의 불활성 치환된 유도체 또는 그의 2가 유도체로부터 선택되고;
T1은 수소 이외의 1개 내지 41개의 원자의 2가 연결기이고;
R12는 루이스 염기 관능기를 함유하는 C5-20 헤테로아릴기이고;
M1은 4족 금속이고;
X1은 음이온, 중성 또는 이음이온 (dianionic) 리간드기이고;
x'는 상기 X1기의 개수를 나타내는 0 내지 5의 수이고;
결합, 임의적 결합 및 전자 공여 상호작용은 선, 점선 및 화살표로 각각 나타낸다. - 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 4-메틸-1-펜텐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체를 중합된 형태로 포함하는 유사-블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 식의 금속 착체를 포함하는 방법.
