Abstract
본 발명에 따른 내마모강 제조 방법은 탄소(C) : 0.04 ~ 1.0 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1 ~ 0.3 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 3.0 ~ 8.0%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.5 ~ 3.0 중량%, 구리(Cu) : 0.2 중량% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 3 중량% 이하, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 1 중량% 이하, 바나듐(V) : 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브를 1000 ~ 1200℃의 조건에서 재가열 하는 단계; 상기 재가열된 판재를 열간 압연 하는 단계; 및 상기 열간 압연된 판재를 FCT(Finish Cooling Temperature) : 350℃ 이하의 조건으로 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 탄소(C) : 0.04 ~ 1.0 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1 ~ 0.3 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 5.3 ~ 8.0%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.5 ~ 3.0 중량%, 구리(Cu) : 0.2 중량% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 3 중량% 이하, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 1 중량% 이하, 바나듐(V) : 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브를 1000 ~ 1200℃의 조건에서 재가열 하는 단계;
(b) 상기 재가열된 판재를, 패스당 5% 이상의 압하율로 누적 압하율 40% 이상의 조건으로 1차 압연하는 단계와, 상기 1차 압연된 판재를 누적 압하율 30 ~ 60%의 조건으로 2차 압연하는 단계를 포함하는 방식으로 열간 압연 하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 열간 압연된 판재를 FCT(Finish Cooling Temperature) : 350℃ 이하의 조건으로 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모강 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서,
상기 슬라브는 인(P) : 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0.01 중량% 이하 및 질소(N) : 0.005 중량% 이하 중 1종 이상이 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모강 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기(c) 단계에서,
상기 냉각은 10 ~ 50℃/sec의 속도로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모강 제조 방법.

상기 (c) 단계 이후,
(d) 상기 냉각된 판재를 100 ~ 250℃에서 0.5 ~ 4 시간 동안 템퍼링을 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모강 제조 방법.
