Abstract
Description
도 1은 연결 니플 상으로 옳바르게 밀린 플라스틱 튜브를 갖은, 플라스틱 튜브를 연결 니플에 연결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 장치의 개략적인 축방향 단면도이다.
도 2는 플라스틱 튜브가 밀릴 때 그 중간 위치를 도시한 도 1에 따른 장치를 도시한다.
도 3은 비 면취된 플라스틱 튜브를 도시한 도 2에 상응하는 도면을 나타낸다.
도 4는 고정 링의 변형예의 확대 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 3에 나타낸 장치의 변형예를 도시한다.
Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나의 밀봉 링(5)이 프로파일된 연결 니플(2)에 삽입되어 고정되며, 적어도 내경 영역에 전방 면취부(8)가 구비되는 플라스틱 튜브(1)의 연결 단부(4)가 연결 니플(2)과 클램핑 슬리브(3) 사이에 축방향으로 고정되는, 플라스틱 튜브(1)를 연결 니플(2)에 연결하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 연결 니플(2)이 상기 연결 단부(4)의 내경 영역에 위치하는 전방 면취부(8)에 의해 방사상 내측으로 변위될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 방사상 외측으로 돌출하는 정지부(14)를 가지되 상기 정지부(14)는 삽입 방향에서 볼 때 상기 밀봉 링(5)의 전방에 위치되며, 상기 연결 니플(2)이 플라스틱 튜브(1)의 연결 위치에 있는 상기 연결 단부(4)의 전방 측(7)에 반대방향으로 밀봉 링(5) 측에 고정 링(10)을 위한 수용부(9)를 가지고, 방사상으로 탄성을 갖도록 구현되는 스프링 요소(11)가 고정 링으로부터 상기 플라스틱 튜브(1)의 미는 방향에 반대방향으로 돌출되며, 상기 정지부(14)는 상기 스프링 요소(11)의 자유 단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜브를 연결 니플에 연결하는 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소(11)의 자유 단부는 확장 상태에서 연결 니플 축(12)과의 거리가 상기 플라스틱 튜브(1)의 내측 반경보다는 크나 플라스틱 튜브(1) 연결 단부(4)의 면취부(8)의 외측 반경보다는 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜브를 연결 니플에 연결하는 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 고정 링의 원주를 따라 균일하게 분포되도록 위치되는 것이 바람직한 적어도 세 개의 스프링 요소(11)가 상기 연결 니플(2) 또는 상기 고정 링(10)으로부터 링 축 또는 연결 니플 축(12)에 대해 적어도 대략 동축상으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜브를 연결 니플에 연결하는 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 원통형 세그먼트 형태의 가이드 요소(13)가 정지부(14)를 형성하는 상기 스프링 요소(11) 사이에서 고정 링(10)으로부터 돌출하되, 축 방향으로 상기 스프링 요소(11)를 넘어 돌출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜브를 연결 니플에 연결하는 장치.
