Claims (5)
- 마개(10)가 삽입 고정되는 마개 삽입부(110)와, 이 마개 삽입부(110)와 동일 축 상에 마련되어 안내관(20)이 삽입 고정되는 안내관 삽입부(120)와, 상기 마개 삽입부(110) 및 안내관 삽입부(120)와 직교하도록 플라즈마 용접토치가 조립되는 토치조립구(130)와, 아르곤이 하부에서 공급되어 상부로 배기되도록 아르곤 출입포트(141)(142)를 갖되, 상기 마개 삽입부(110)와 상기 안내관 삽입부(120)가 축베어링을 매개로 회전 가능하게 조립되어 구동모터에 의해 회전 구동이 가능한 용접챔버(100)와;
마개(10)를 상기 마개 삽입부(110)로 공급하는 마개 이송유니트(210)와;
안내관(20)을 상기 안내관 삽입부(120)로 이송하는 안내관 이송유니트(220);를 포함하며,
상기 안내관 삽입부(120)는, 안내관(20)이 삽입되는 콜렛(122)과, 이 콜렛(122)을 따라 전후 수평 이동하여 상기 콜렛(122)이 안내관(20)을 고정하기 위한 체결력을 제공하는 치구(123)와, 이 치구(123)를 조작하기 위한 레버(124)를 포함하며,
안내관 이송유니트(220)는, 안내관(20)을 용접챔버(100) 측으로 투입하기 위한 투입용 레일(221)과, 마개(10)와 용접이 완료된 안내관(20)을 인출하여 이송하게 되는 인출용 레일(222)과, 상기 투입용 레일(221)과 상기 인출용 레일(222) 사이에 마련되어 안내관을 파지 고정하기 위한 안내관 클램프가 마련되어 안내관(20)을 상기 용접챔버(100) 측으로 투입하거나 인출하게 되는 안내관 이송구동부(223)를 포함하되, 상기 투입용 레일(221)과 상기 인출용 레일(222)은 상기 안내관 이송구동부(223)에 대해 직각방향으로 경사를 갖도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체의 안내관 마개 플라즈마 용접장치. - 삭제
