Abstract
Il est divulgué un dispositif de soudage à l'arc plasma pour une gaine de guidage et un bouchon d'extrémité de gaine de guidage d'un ensemble de combustible nucléaire, comprenant : une chambre de soudage (100) comprenant une partie d'insertion de bouchon d'extrémité (110) dans laquelle le bouchon d'extrémité (10) est inséré, une partie d'insertion de gaine de guidage (120) qui est prévue sur le même axe que la partie d'insertion de bouchon d'extrémité (110) et dans laquelle la gaine de guidage (20) est insérée et fixée, une partie d'assemblage de torche (130) à laquelle une torche de soudage à l'arc plasma (131) est assemblée de manière à former un angle droit avec la partie d'insertion de bouchon d'extrémité (110) et la partie d'insertion de gaine de guidage (120), et des ports d'écoulement d'entrée et d'écoulement de sortie d'argon (141, 142) à travers lesquels de l'argon est fourni ou déchargé ; une unité de transfert de bouchon d'extrémité (210) qui amène le bouchon d'extrémité (10) à la partie d'insertion de bouchon d'extrémité (110); et une unité de transfert de gaine de guidage (220) qui transfère la gaine de guidage (20) à la partie d'insertion de gaine de guidage (120).
