Claims (15)
- 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 표면 및 폴리에스테르 필름과 하드 코팅층의 계면에 요철 구조를 갖는 하드 코팅층이 적층되고,상기 하드 코팅층 표면의 3차원 표면조도 매개변수에 있어서,산술평균조도 Sa가 15 ㎚ 이상, 150 ㎚ 미만이고,표면 높이 분포의 첨도 Sku가 1.5 이상, 5 이하인하드 코팅 필름이며,상기 하드 코팅층이 다관능 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 하드 코팅층 형성 조성물로 형성되고,상기 하드 코팅층 형성 조성물 중에 1 내지 2 관능의 아크릴레이트, 이소시아네이트 화합물 및/또는 멜라민계 가교제 및 그의 경화 촉매, 레벨링제를 포함하는 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능 아크릴레이트가, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사(메트)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 우레탄 예비중합체, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 우레탄 예비중합체, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 우레탄 예비중합체로부터 선택되는 것이고,상기 1 내지 2 관능의 아크릴레이트가 1분자 내에 1개 내지 2개의 에틸렌성 불포화 이중 결합을 갖는 화합물이고,상기 1분자 내에 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 이중 결합을 갖는 화합물로서는, 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, n- 및 i-프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, n-, sec-, 및 t-부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실(메트)아크릴레이트, 라우릴(메트)아크릴레이트, 스테아릴(메트)아크릴레이트, 메톡시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 에톡시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜모노(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리프로필렌글리콜모노(메트)아크릴레이트, 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트, 테트라히드로푸르푸릴(메트)아크릴레이트, N-히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴아미드, N-비닐피롤리돈, N-비닐-3-메틸피롤리돈, N-비닐-5-메틸피롤리돈으로부터 선택되는 것이고,상기 1분자 내에 2개의 에틸렌성 불포화 이중 결합을 갖는 화합물로서는, 하기 (a) 내지 (f)의 (메트)아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 것인 하드 코팅 필름.(a) 탄소수 2 내지 12의 알킬렌글리콜의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르류: 에틸렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 1,4-부탄디올 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 네오펜틸글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디(메트)아크릴레이트(b) 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르류: 디에틸렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 디프로필렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트(c) 다가 알코올의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르류: 펜타에리트리톨 디(메트)아크릴레이트(d) 비스페놀 A 또는 비스페놀 A의 수소화물의 에틸렌옥시드 및 프로필렌옥시드 부가물의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르류: 2,2'-비스(4-아크릴옥시에톡시페닐)프로판, 2,2'-비스(4-아크릴옥시프로폭시페닐)프로판(e) 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 2개 이상의 알코올성 수산기 함유 화합물을 미리 반응시켜 얻어지는 말단 이소시아네이트기 함유 화합물에, 추가로 알코올성 수산기 함유 (메트)아크릴레이트를 반응시켜 얻어지는 분자 내에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기를 갖는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트류(f) 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물에 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 반응시켜 얻어지는 분자 내에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기를 갖는 에폭시(메트)아크릴레이트류
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층과 폴리에스테르 필름의 계면에서 폴리에스테르 필름면에 요철 구조를 갖고, 상기 요철 구조의 볼록부의 단면 방향의 하드 코팅 표면 형상이 오목부인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층이 열경화에 의해 형성된 층인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름이 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층의 요철 구조가 하드 코팅층 및 폴리에스테르 필름 중의 입자에 기인하여 형성된 것이 아닌 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층과 폴리에스테르 필름의 계면에서 폴리에스테르 필름면에 요철 구조를 갖고, 상기 요철 구조의 볼록부의 단면 방향의 하드 코팅 표면 형상이 볼록부이면서, 적어도 한 방향의 150℃, 30분 열수축률이 0.8% 이하인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층 표면의 직교하는 2 방향 각각의 산술평균경사 Δa1, Δa2의 평균치 Δa=(Δa1+Δa2)/2가 0.2 내지 1.0 deg인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층 표면의 3차원 표면조도 매개변수의 산술평균조도 Sa(Sa1)와 폴리에스테르와 하드 코팅층 계면의 Sa(Sa2)의 비 "Sa2/Sa1"이 2 이상 20 이하인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅층의 Sku가 1.5 이상 3 이하인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하드 코팅 필름의 헤이즈가 3% 미만인 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 기재된 하드 코팅층 상에 굴절률 1.45 이하의 저굴절률층, 또는 굴절률 1.55 이상의 고굴절률층을 개재하여 굴절률 1.45 이하의 저굴절률층이 형성되어 이루어지는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 반사 방지 필름의 파장 380 ㎚에서의 투과율이 5% 이하이면서, 헤이즈가 4% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지 필름.
- 폴리에스테르 필름 제조 공정 내의 길이 방향 연신 후에 하드 코팅 도포제를 도포하고, 그 후 연속적으로 텐터에 유도하여 폭 방향으로 1.1 내지 1.8배의 미세연신을 행한 후, 추가로 2.5 내지 3.5배의 연신을 행하고, 이어서 하드 코팅층을 열경화시키면서 3 내지 7%의 폭 방향의 이완 처리를 행하는 하드 코팅 필름의 제조 방법이며, 상기 하드 코팅 도포제가, 다관능 아크릴레이트, 1 내지 2 관능의 아크릴레이트, 이소시아네이트 화합물 및/또는 멜라민계 가교제 및 그의 경화 촉매, 레벨링제를 포함하고, 다관능 아크릴레이트가 포함되는, 하드 코팅 필름의 제조 방법.
