Claims (6)
- 유입부와 유출부를 통해 배기가스가 지나면서 접촉하여 탈질반응이 일어나는 SCR촉매를 포함하는 반응기에 있어서,
상기 반응기는 유입부, 유출부, SCR촉매실장부가 각 파트별로 분리, 결합되는 분리결합구조로 형성되어, 협소한 장소에서도 설치 및 해체가 용이하며,
상기 유입부와 SCR촉매실장부 사이, 상기 유출부와 SCR촉매실장부 사이, 상기 SCR촉매실장부와 SCR촉매실장부 사이에는 각각 간격재가 추가로 분리결합되고,
상기 간격재는 상하가 개방되며 일정 길이의 측면을 가지는 통의 형상을 가지며,
상기 유입부와 간격재 사이와, 상기 유출부와 간격재 사이와, 상기 간격재와 SCR촉매실장부 사이의 모든 연결부위에는 배기가스의 누출을 방지하는 실링재를 포함하고,
상기 유입부와 유출부에 비해 확경된 일정 직경을 갖는 상기 SCR촉매실장부와 간격재의 측면에만 운반이나 설치, 해체 과정에서의 파손이나 변형을 방지하는 보강부재가 일정 간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 반응기. - 삭제
