Abstract
본 발명은 진공이 형성된 챔버의 내부에 기화된 과산화수소를 주입하여 챔버에 적재된 제품에 대한 멸균이 이루어지게 하는 저온 플라즈마 멸균기에 있어서, 액체 상태의 과산화수소를 투입구로 기화기를 구성하는 드럼의 내부공간으로 분사시키되 상기 드럼의 외부에는 히터를 권회시켜 가열되게 하는 한편 드럼의 내부에는 상하로 어긋나게 격벽을 형성한 후 기체 상태의 과산화수소를 토출구에서 챔버로 분사시키도록 함으로써 이루어진다.

Claims (3)
- 저온 플라즈마 멸균기의 챔버 전단에 기화기(100)를 설치하여 기화된 과산화수소를 챔버로 공급하되 상기 기화기(100)의 토출구(11)에서 토출되는 기화된 과산화수소는 농축기(50)에서 농축된 후 저온 플라즈마 멸균기의 챔버로 공급되게 하고,
상기 기화기(100)는 원통형으로 이루어지는 드럼(10)의 일측에는 액체 상태의 과산화수소를 투입구(31)로 투입시키는 한편 드럼(10)의 타측에는 기화된 과산화수소를 챔버로 토출하는 토출구(11)를 구비하며,
상기 드럼(10)의 외측은 히터(20)를 권회시켜 가열되게 하고,
상기 드럼(10)의 내부 하측에는 반달형의 격벽(40)을 세우는 한편 드럼(10)의 내부 상측으로도 반달형의 격벽(41)을 세우되 상기 격벽(40)(41)은 서로 어긋나는 형태로 세워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 플라즈마 멸균기의 기화장치. - 삭제
