Claims (10)
- 복수 개의 자성(磁性) 페라이트층, 적층 방향으로 접속하여 코일을 형성하도록 각 자성 페라이트층 상에 형성된 도체 패턴, 상기 도체 패턴과 적층 방향으로 중복되도록 하나 이상의 자성 페라이트층 상에 형성된 비자성 세라믹층을 구비한 적층 부품으로서,상기 비자성 세라믹층은 상기 자성 페라이트보다 소결 온도가 높은 비자성 세라믹을 포함하고, 추가로 Cu, Zn 및 Bi 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 산화물의 상태로 포함하며,상기 비자성 세라믹이 ZrO2, ZrSiO4, Al2O3 및 3Al2O3·2SiO2 중 어느 하나로 이루어지며,상기 비자성 세라믹층이 상기 도체 패턴과 접해 있거나, 적층 방향에 인접하는 비자성 세라믹층에 의해 상기 도체 패턴이 완전히 샌드위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비자성 세라믹층은 도넛형이며, 그의 적어도 한 쪽의 둘레부가 상기 도체 패턴의 대응하는 둘레부로부터 상기 자성 페라이트층의 면 방향으로 연장되어 나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비자성 세라믹층은 적어도 상기 도체 패턴의 내측 영역을 덮는 판형인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 비자성 세라믹층은 적어도 상기 도체 패턴의 내연부(內緣部)와 적층 방향으로 중첩되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 비자성 세라믹층이 외면에 노출되어 있지 않고,상기 비자성 세라믹층은 자성 페라이트층보다 많은 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도체 패턴끼리의 적층 방향의 접속은, 상기 자성 페라이트층 및 상기 비자성 세라믹층의 비아 홀에 충전된 도체를 통해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자성 페라이트가 Fe, Ni 및 Zn(일부를 Cu로 치환할 수도 있음)을 포함하는 스피넬형 페라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 스피넬형 페라이트는 부성분으로서 Bi를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 부품.
