Claims (10)
- 중앙전극;상기 중앙전극과 반대 극성을 가지며, 상기 중앙전극을 중심으로 전후면에 각각 위치하는 전면 대향전극 및 후면 대향전극;상기 중앙전극과 상기 전면 대향 전극 사이에 형성되는 제1 발광적층 시스템;상기 중앙전극과 상기 후면 대향 전극 사이에 형성되는 제2 발광적층 시스템; 및외부 광원의 세기를 측정하여 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템의 구동 여부를 제어하는 광원 측정부를 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템은 전력 효율이 서로 다르고 서로 동일한 색을 표시하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중앙전극과 전면 대향전극의 사이, 상기 중앙전극과 후면 대향전극의 사이에 전원시스템이 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 전원시스템은 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템을 교대로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 발광적층 시스템이 상기 제2 발광적층 시스템에 비하여 색좌표 특성이 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1, 2 및 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 전극은 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1, 2 및 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템은 선택적으로 어느 하나만 구동되거나 또는 모두 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 광원 측정부는 상기 외부 광원의 세기에 따라,휘도 보정이 필요없는 경우 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템을 교대로 구동시키거나 또는 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템 중 어느 하나만을 구동시키고, 휘도 보정시에는 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템을 동시에 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2 발광적층 시스템은 상기 제1 발광적층 시스템이 비해 전력 효율이 더 높고,상기 광원 측정부는 상기 외부 광원의 세기에 따라,상기 제1 발광적층 시스템만을 구동시켜 고화질 모드를 구현하고, 상기 제2 발광적층 시스템만을 구동시켜 장시간 모드를 구현하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템을 동시에 구동시켜 휘도 보정 모드를 구현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템은 발휘 휘도가 서로 다르고,상기 광원 측정부는 상기 외부 광원의 세기에 따라,휘도 보정이 필요없는 경우 상대적으로 휘도가 낮은 발광적층 시스템만을 구동시키고, 1차 휘도 보정시에는 상대적으로 휘도가 높은 발광적층 시스템만을 구동시키며, 1차 휘도 보정보다 높은 휘도의 보정을 요구하는 2차 휘도 보정시에는 상기 제1 및 제2 발광적층 시스템을 모두 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
