Claims (11)
- 하우징, 플런저를 구비한 니들형 시린지, 및 하우징 내에서 니들형 시린지를 제1 방향으로 이동시켜 시린지의 니들이 하우징을 지나서 연장되게 하고 주입을 위해 플런저를 전진시켜 시린지 내용물을 강제로 니들을 통해 통과시키는 적어도 하나의 편위 요소를 갖는 자동 주입 장치 내의 지연 기구이며,
제1 걸림 요소를 포함하는 시린지용 셔틀;
상기 제1 걸림 요소와 협동하여 제1 방향과 반대인 제2 방향으로 종동절에 대한 상기 셔틀의 이동을 제한하는 제2 걸림 요소를 포함하는 종동절;
주입 중에 시린지 플런저와의 맞물림에 의해 상기 하우징 내에서 잠금 위치로부터 방출 위치로 이동가능하고, 상기 잠금 위치에서는 상기 셔틀에 대한 상기 종동절의 회전을 방지하고, 상기 방출 위치에서는 상기 셔틀에 대한 상기 종동절의 회전을 허용하는 잠금 부재;
상기 셔틀에 대한 상기 종동절의 회전을 감쇠시키기 위한 상기 종동절과 지지 표면 사이의 감쇠 컴파운드; 및
비틀림 예압과 축방향 예압을 가지고, 상기 종동절이 상기 셔틀에 대해 회전하도록 압박하는 비틀림력 및 상기 셔틀이 상기 종동절로부터 떨어지도록 압박하는 축방향력을 제공하도록 상기 셔틀과 상기 종동절 사이에서 작용하는 이중 기능 편위 부재
를 포함하고,
상기 이중 기능 편위 부재는, 먼저, 상기 잠금 부재가 주입 중에 상기 방출 위치로 이동할 때, 상기 제1 및 제2 걸림 요소들이 협동하는 걸림 위치로부터 상기 제2 걸림 요소가 상기 제1 걸림 요소로부터 분리되는 풀림 위치로 상기 종동절이 상기 셔틀에 대해 회전하게 하고, 이어서 주입 후에는 상기 셔틀을 강제로 상기 종동절에 대해 축방향으로 이동시켜 시린지 니들을 하우징 내로 후퇴시키는 것인 지연 기구. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 기능 편위 부재가 상기 종동절 및 상기 셔틀과 각각 직접 맞물리는 제1 및 제2 단부를 갖는 코일 스프링을 포함하는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일 스프링 제1 단부가 상기 종동절의 본체를 통한 개방부에 의해 형성된 상보적인 형상의 리세스 내에 끼워지는 방사상 외측 연장 팁을 포함하는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일 스프링 제2 단부가 상기 셔틀 내에 형성된 상보적인 형상의 리세스 내에 끼워지는 축방향 연장 팁을 포함하는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 셔틀 내에 형성된 상기 리세스가 상기 제1 걸림 요소를 포함하는 방사상 돌출 탭 내에 형성되는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 표면이 장치 하우징에 대해 회전 가능하게 고정된 칼라의 표면을 포함하는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잠금 부재가, 주입 중에 시린지 플런저의 아웃리거와의 맞물림에 의해 셔틀에 대해 잠금 위치로부터 방출 위치로 축방향으로 이동가능하고 상기 종동절과 일체로 형성된 적어도 하나의 굴곡부를 포함하는 것인 지연 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔틀이, 니들형 시린지를 제1 방향으로 이동시키고 플런저를 전진시키는 작용의 편위 요소에 대한 지지부를 포함하여, 니들을 후퇴시키기 위한 셔틀의 편위가 플런저를 전진시키는 편위 요소에 의해 저지되지 않는 것인 지연 기구.
- 주 본체를 포함하는 하우징;
복수의 걸림 갈퀴를 갖는 플런저를 구비하고 있으며, 여기서, 플런저 갈퀴는 하우징 주 본체 내의 걸립 요소 내의 적어도 하나의 개방부를 통해 연장되는 것인 니들형 시린지;

를 포함하고,
갈퀴 경사 표면과 일체로 형성되어 경사 표면으로부터 버튼을 향해 상향으로 돌출되는 잠금 돌기를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 잠금 돌기의 상향 팁은 경사 표면의 상향 팁과 이격된 관계로 그들 사이에 방사상 갭을 형성하고, 여기서 버튼이 제1 각도 위치에 있을 때 버튼의 적어도 하나의 활성화 요소가 이 갭 안에서 연장되어 있어, 잠금 돌기에 의한 버튼의 적어도 하나의 활성화 요소의 맞닿음이 걸림 요소와의 맞물림으로부터 벗어나는 갈퀴 걸림 표면의 이동을 저지하고,

- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 갈퀴가 다리의 방사상 외향 표면과 일체로 형성되어 그 위에서 축방향으로 연장되는 스프링 중심 설정 보스를 구비한 다리를 포함하는 것인 자동 주입 장치.
