Abstract
상기 주사용 바늘은, 상기 보호커버의 중공 내에 인입된 상태로 구비되고, 상기 수액튜브의 통로 개방 시, 상기 수용체 내 압력변화로 인해 상기 보호커버 외부로 일부분이 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 보다 편리하고 경제적이면서 안전한 사용을 달성할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 본체;
상기 본체의 일측에 설치되어 내부에 설정된 양의 수액을 수용시키면서 설정된 압력을 갖는 수용체;
상기 본체를 관통시키면서 설정된 길이로 연장되어 상기 수용체와 연결되고, 상기 수액을 이동시키기 위한 통로를 제공하는 수액튜브;
상기 본체의 다른 일측에 설치되어 상기 수액튜브와 연결되고, 설정된 길이로 연장되면서 중공이 형성된 보호커버;
상기 보호커버에 구비되고, 상기 수액튜브를 통해 이동되는 수액을 외부로 배출시키기 위한 주입홀이 형성된 주사용 바늘; 및
상기 본체에 설치되어 상기 수액튜브의 통로를 개폐하면서 상기 수액의 이동량을 조절하는 유량조절부재를 포함하고,
상기 주사용 바늘은,
상기 보호커버의 중공 내에 인입된 상태로 구비되고, 상기 수액튜브의 통로 개방 시, 상기 수용체 내 압력변화로 인해 상기 보호커버 외부로 일부분이 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전성을 향상시킨 반자동 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용체는,
상기 수액을 수용하여 팽창된 상태로 내부압력이 설정되고, 상기 수액튜브의 통로 개방 시, 복원력에 의해 수축되어 내부압력이 변화되면서 상기 수용된 수액을 상기 수액튜브로 배출시키는 복원부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 안전성을 향상시킨 반자동 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유량조절부재는,
상기 본체에 길이방향을 따라 형성된 가이드 홈;
상기 가이드 홈에 길이방향을 따라 형성된 지지부;
상기 지지부로부터 내측방향으로 경사면을 가지면서 돌출되어 상기 수액튜브와 대면하는 걸림턱; 및
상기 걸림턱의 경사면에 중심축이 걸쳐지도록 상기 가이드 홈에 결합되고, 외력에 의해 상기 가이드 홈과 상기 경사면을 따라 이동하면서 상기 수액튜브에 밀착 또는 이격되어 상기 수액튜브에 대한 가압정도를 조절하는 가압롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전성을 향상시킨 반자동 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유량조절부재는,
상기 수액튜브의 일부분에 통로가 확장되도록 돌출 형성된 확장부;
상기 확장부와 대면하는 부분에 길이방향을 따라 형성되고, 탄성의 실링처리를 통해 수압 밀봉되는 수밀 가이드 홈;
상기 확장부 내에 설치되어 일측에 경사면을 갖는 가압클램프;
상기 가압클램프와 연결되어 상기 수밀 가이드 홈을 통해 상기 수액튜브 외부로 파지가능하게 노출되고, 외력에 의해 상기 수밀 가이드 홈을 따라 슬라이드 이동하면서 상기 가압클램프를 대응 이동시키는 가이더; 및
상기 확장부 내에 설치되어 상기 가이더의 이동에 따라 상기 가압클램프의 경사면과 밀착 또는 이격되면서 상기 수액튜브의 통로를 개폐하는 가압구슬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전성을 향상시킨 반자동 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호커버는,
상기 본체와 분리가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전성을 향상시킨 반자동 주사기.
