Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따라 제조된 양극 활물질을 포함하는 하이브리드 커패시터의 충방전 거동 특성을 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따라 제조된 양극 활물질을 포함하는 하이브리드 커패시터의 순환 전압 전류 곡선을 나타낸 도면.
Claims (5)
- 리튬염과 코발트염 및 전이 금속염을 포함하는 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합 용액을 증류수에 용해시키는 단계;
상기 용해된 혼합 용액에 초음파를 제공하여 초음파 합성하는 단계;
상기 용해된 혼합 용액으로부터 전구체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 전구체를 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조 과정에서 생성된 비정질 전구체를 리튬염과 혼합 및 분쇄하고 열처리하는 단계;
상기 열처리된 비정질 전구체 분말을 분쇄하여 LNCM(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)를 생성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 열처리하는 단계는 300℃ 내지 600℃ 온도에서 상기 비정질 전구체를 1차 열처리하여 1차 소성물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 1차 소성물을 상온 냉각하는 단계; 및
상기 상온 냉각을 걸쳐 얻어진 1차 소성물을 800℃ 내지 1200℃ 온도에서 2차 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 구조의 양극 활물질 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전이 금속염은
망간 하이드록사이드, 망간 나이트레이트, 망간 아세테이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 망간염인 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 구조의 양극 활물질 제조 방법. - 제1항 및 제3항의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 LNCM(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 구조의 양극 활물질.
- 제1항 및 제3항의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 LNCM(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)를 양극 활물질로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 구조의 양극 활물질을 포함하는 하이브리드 커패시터.
