Claims (6)
- 서로 마주하는 제1 표시판과 제2 표시판,상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판 사이에 위치하며 상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판을 접착하여 고정하는 밀봉재,상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판 사이에 위치하며 상기 밀봉재의 외측에 위치하는 차단 부재, 그리고상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판 사이에 개재되어 있으며 상기 밀봉재로 둘러싸인 영역에 위치하는 액정을 포함하고,상기 차단 부재는 적어도 하나의 부티레이트(butyrate)를 가지는 실란 유도체로부터 형성되는 규소 수지(silicone)를 포함하고,상기 실란 유도체는 화학식 1:[화학식 1]로 표현되고,여기서 R1 및 R2는 서로 같거나 다르며 탄소 수 1 내지 5개의 알킬기에서 선택되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 표시판은제1 방향을 따라 서로 나란하게 뻗어 있는 복수의 게이트선, 그리고상기 복수의 게이트선과 교차하며 서로 나란하게 뻗어 있는 복수의 데이터선을 포함하고,상기 차단 부재는상기 복수의 게이트선과 중첩하게 형성되어 있는 제1 차단 부재, 그리고상기 복수의 데이터선과 중첩하게 형성되어 있는 제2 차단 부재중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 화학식 1의 R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나는아미드 기(amide group), 에스테르 기(ester group), 에테르 기(ether group), 설파이드 기(sulfide group), 설폭시드 기(sulfoxide group), 히드록시 기(hydroxy group), 이미드 기(imide group), 아자 기(aza group), 아민 기(amine group), 아조 기(azo group), 알데히드 기(aldehyde group), 카르복실기(carboxylic acid), 무수물(anhydride), 염화물(halide) 및 우레아(urea)에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 작용기와 결합되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 복수의 신호선, 상기 신호선에 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되어 있는 화소 전극을 포함하는 제1 표시판을 형성하는 단계,공통 전극을 포함하는 제2 표시판을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판을 밀봉재로 고정하는 단계, 그리고상기 제1 표시판과 상기 제2 표시판에 접촉하며 상기 제2 표시판의 적어도 하나의 모서리를 따라 차단 부재를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 차단 부재는 적어도 하나의 부티레이트(butyrate)를 가지는 실란 유도체부터 형성되는 규소 수지(silicone)를 포함하고,상기 실란 유도체는 화학식 1:[화학식 1]로 표현되고,여기서 R1 및 R2는 서로 같거나 다르며 탄소 수 1 내지 5개의 알킬기에서 선택되는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
