Claims (5)
- 팽창시에 약액공급원으로부터 약액을 흡입하고 수축시에 약액토출부에 약액을 토출하는 펌프실을 가지는 약액공급장치로서,
선단에 연결 롯드가 형성된 피스톤을 축방향으로 왕복운동 자재하게 수용하고, 상기 피스톤의 선단면측에 비압축성의 간접 매체가 봉입되는 압력실이 설치된 실린더와,
상기 연결 롯드의 선단과 상기 실린더의 사이에 취부되고, 내측에 상기 압력실에 연속해 있는 팽창수축실을 상기 연결 롯드와의 사이에 형성함과 동시에 평균 유효 지름이 상기 피스톤의 외경보다도 작게 설정되고 축방향으로 탄성변형자재한 벨로우즈와,
상기 피스톤을 축방향으로 왕복이동시키고, 상기 피스톤의 전진이동시에 상기 벨로우즈를 신장시켜서 상기 펌프실을 수축시키는 한편, 상기 피스톤의 후퇴이동시에 상기 벨로우즈를 수축시켜서 상기 펌프실을 팽창시키는 구동수단을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 피스톤의 전진이동에 따라서 상기 압력실로부터 상기 팽창수축실에 유입되는 상기 비압축성의 간접매체에 의해 상기 벨로우즈의 평균 유효 지름을 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액공급장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 기단부와 상기 실린더의 사이에 취부되고, 내부에 비압축성의 간접 매체가 봉입되는 시일실(seal 室)를 구획하며 축방향으로 탄성변형자재한 가요성 커버 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액공급장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 가요성 커버 부재가 커버용의 벨로우즈이고, 상기 벨로우즈의 평균 유효 지름을 상기 피스톤의 슬라이딩 면의 외경과 동일하게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액공급장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 3의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 벨로우즈의 외측에 구동실이 구획형성되고, 상기 구동실과 펌프실 사이에 탄성변형자재한 다이어프램이 배치되어 상기 구동실과 펌프실을 분리하며, 상기 구동실 내에 비압축성의 간접매체가 봉입되고, 상기 벨로우즈의 신장수축에 따라 상기 간접매체를 통해 상기 펌프실이 간접적으로 팽창수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액공급장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 3의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 벨로우즈의 외측에 펌프실이 구획형성되고, 상기 벨로우즈의 신장수축에 의해 상기 펌프실이 직접적으로 팽창수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액공급장치.
