Claims (5)
- 일측에 구비된 모터의 구동축에 설치된 피니언기어와 치합되는 헬리컬기어와, 상기 헬리컬기어에 일체로 설치된 웜축과, 상기 웜축에 결합되어 동력의 방향을 전환하는 웜기어와, 상기 웜기어에 결합되어 회전하는 드라이브슬리브와, 상기 드라이브슬리브의 내부에 결합된 스템너트를 포함하는 엑츄에이터;
상기 엑츄에이터에 결합되는 결합부가 상부에 설치된 요크를 구비하는 밸브보닛;
상기 밸브보닛의 하부에 설치되며, 내부에 유체의 흐름을 단속하도록 개ㆍ폐작용을 하는 밸브시트를 구비하는 밸브본체;
일단이 상기 밸브시트의 상부에 결합되고, 타단이 상기 결합부를 관통하여 상기 스템너트에 결합되는 밸브스템;
상기 요크 또는 상기 밸브스템 중 적어도 어느 하나의 길이방향 소정 위치에 설치되어 상기 밸브스템의 동작을 감지하는 센서부재; 및
상기 센서부재의 신호와 상기 엑츄에이터의 동작신호를 전송받아 원격지에 동작신호를 전송하는 PCB모듈;을 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 센서부재는 광센서, 회전센서, 모션센서 및 포지션센서 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어져, 상기 엑츄에이터가 동작할 때 상기 드라이브슬리브의 마모로 인해 상기 밸브스템이 작동하지 않는 것을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브스템 동작 감시 센서를 구비하는 모터구동밸브. - 삭제
