Abstract
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 차량용 동흡진기는 각 방향별 공진주파수 튜닝이 용이하게 이뤄질 수 있으며 다수 개의 러버들이 장착됨에 따라서 동흡진기 자체의 감쇄성능 및 내구성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 1b 는 동흡진기 장착에 따른 공진주파수의 변화를 도시한 그래프들,
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 동흡진기의 사시도,
도 3 은 내부 구조가 나타나도록 도 2 에 도시된 동흡진기가 부분적으로 절개된 모습을 도시한 사시도,
도 4 는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 동흡진기의 사시도와 다른 실시예에 따른 하우징의 사시도 및 상기 동흡진기의 평면도가 도시된 도면,
도 5 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 동흡진기가 엔진서포트브레켓에 부착된 모습(i)과 트랜스미션마운트에 부착된 모습(ii)을 도시한 도면.

Claims (5)
- 차량에 장착되는 동흡진기에 있어서,
바닥판에서 세로판이 수직방향으로 세워지도록 형성된 하우징;과
탄성을 갖는 재질로 제조되며 상기 바닥판에 안착되는 제1러버;와
상기 제1러버에 수직방향으로 세워지되 세로판에서 이격된 매스; 및
탄성을 갖는 재질로 제조되며 상기 매스와 세로판 사이에 장착된 제2러버;를 포함하고,
상기 매스는 원기둥 형상이며, 상기 세로판은 매스의 측면이 노출되도록 횡단면이 반원(半圓) 또는 "C" 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 동흡진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1러버와 제2러버는 다른 탄성특성(Elastic Property)을 갖는 재질로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 동흡진기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 매스와 세로판 사이에는 제2러버와 다른 탄성특성을 갖는 제3러버가 추가적으로 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 동흡진기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 세로판은 일측면이 노출되도록 부분 절개된 파이프(pipe) 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 동흡진기.
