Abstract
금속박막(2)을 압출된 튜브안층(1)외부에 최소한 한번 이상 또는 두 번으로 감싼후,
편조보강층(3)의 편조장치에 이송되어 금속박막(2) 외부에 와이어 또는 폴리사 , 나일론사중 선택된 재질로서 편조장력은 최소 4kgf/1mm2 이상의 힘으로, 편조밀도는 육안으로서 편조층 사이로 아래에 위치한 금속박막(2)이 보이지 않게 최소 98% 이상으로 편조적층하고 (편조외경14.0∼14.7mm),
다음으로 설치된 고무 고압호스 압출장치 또는 수지 고압호스 압출장치로 이송되어 선택된 고무 재질 또는 선택된 하나의 열 가소성 수지 재질로써 커버바깥층(4)을 압출하여 (커버외경16.5∼16.8mm) 제조되는 도시가스용 고압호스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
이에 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 튜브(열가소성 수지계열인 PolyAmid, Polyurethan, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르), (아크릴로니트릴/푸타디엔 공중합체 고무인 NBR, IIR, NR, SBR과 같은 고무재질)의 안층(도1-1)일차적 기밀 효과를 기대하며 다음으로 금속박막(도1-2)을 감싼채 그 외부에 피복되는 편조층(Wire강선 또는 나일론사,고강력폴리사)-(도1-3)이 편조 되면서 100%기밀효과를 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 열가소성 수지계열 (예시. PolyAmid, Polyurethan, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르) 이나 고무재질(아크릴로니트릴/푸타디엔 공중합체 고무인 NBR, IIR, NR, CPE, SBR과 같은 고무재질)로써 외피를 코팅하면서 제품이 완성되는 것이다.
Claims (1)
- 도시가스용 고압호스의 제조방법에 있어서,
고무재질의 고압호스제조용 압출기의 투입기에 니트릴 부타디엔(NBR)의 함량이 최소 98%이상인 고무를 투입하여 관형상으로 압출시켜 호스내경은 9.5mm, 호스외경은 11.9mm 인 관형상의 고무 튜브안층(1), 을 형성시킨 후, 또는 수지재질의 고압호스제조용 압출기의 투입기에 열가소성수지를 투입하여 관형상으로 압출시켜 호스내경은 9.5mm, 호스외경은 11.9mm인 관형상의 수지 튜브안층(1),을 형성시킨 후 전면으로 이송시켜, 금속박막(2)을 튜브안충(1)의 외부에 최소한 한번이상 또는 두 번으로 감싼 후 전면으로 이송시켜, 전면에 설치된 편조기계 (보강층편조-와이어,나일론사,폴리사)에 이송되어 직경 0.2mm∼0.35mm의 강선 2∼8가닥을, 나일론사 또는 폴리사의 1000데니아 단사 5∼9가닥을, 금속박막(2)의 외부에 편조보강층(3)을 편조적층할 때 편조장력은 최소 4kgf/1mm2 이상의 힘으로, 편조밀도는 육안으로서 편조층 사이로 아래에 위치한 금속박막이 보이지 않게 최소 98% 이상으로 적층시키고 편조외경은 14.0∼14.7mm를 형성시킨 다음 전면으로 이송시켜, 전면에 설치된 고무 고압호스제조용 압출기의 투입기에 클로로폴리에틸렌(CPE), 클로로플렌(CR), 스티렌부타디엔(SBR), 에틸렌프로필렌(EPDM) 중의 선택된 어느 하나의 합성고무를, 또는 열가소성수지계열은 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르 중 선택된 하나의 재질을 수지압출기의 투입기에 투입하여, 편조보강층(3)의 외부에 관형상으로 커버바깥층(4)을 압출형성 하고 커버바깥층의 외경은 16.5∼16.8mm로 하여 커버바깥층(4)을 형성함으로써, 튜브안층(1)에서 일차적으로 기밀효과를 가지고, 금속박막(2)에서 이차적으로 기밀효과를 나타내며, 커버바깥층(4)에서 삼차적으로 기밀효과를 나타내어 기밀성을 갖는 호스를 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도시가스용 고압호스 제조방법
