Claims (1)
- 도시가스용 고압호스의 제조방법에 있어서,
고무 고압호스제조용 압출기의 투입기에 니트릴부타디엔(NBR) 고무를 투입하여 관형상으로 압출시켜 호스내경은 9.5mm인 관형상의 고무안층(1)-(압출외경11.9mm)을 형성시킨 후, 전면으로 이송시켜,
전면에 설치된 와이어보강층 와이어편조장치에 이송되어 직경 0.25~0.30mm의 강선 2~5가닥을 고무안층(1)의 외부에 브레이드(BRAID)시켜 와이어보강층(2)-(편조외경13.1mm)을 형성시킨 다음,
전면에 설치된 고무 고압호스제조용 압출기의 투입기장치에 이송되어 와이어보강층(2)의 외부에 클로로폴리에틸렌(CPE),클로로플렌(CR),스티렌부타디엔(SBR),에틸렌프로필렌(EPDM)에서 선택된 어느 하나의 합성고무를 사용하여 피복(코팅)시켜, 고무바깥층(3)-(커버외경15.5mm)을 적층시킨 후, 일반적 공정-피연,가류,탈연,발취등의 공정을 거친후 마지막으로 열가소성수지인 우레탄으로 코팅하는 공정으로 이송한 후에,
후면에 설치된 풀림틀에 이송되어 인장력 20kgf/㎠ 이상으로 유지하면 제조된 관을 인장시키고, 이때, 관의 제품외경이 0.5mm~1mm 신축된 상태에서 우레탄수지를 코팅(피복)을 하여 우레탄바깥층(4)-(코팅외경16.5mm)을 형성한 다음, 전면에 설치된 인취기(캐타필러)를 통과하면 호스에 가해지는 인장력이 없어지기 때문에 늘어난 호스는 원상회복되어 신축된 외경이 제자리로 돌아오고 이때 고무바깥층(3)과 우레탄바깥층(4)의 사이에 더욱 밀착시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 도시가스용 고압호스의 제조방법.
