Abstract
Description
Claims (42)
- 경질 조직 또는 연질 조직 내로 적어도 부분적으로 삽입하기 위한 친수성 표면을 가진 금속성 임플란트의 제조 방법으로서,경질 조직 또는 연질 조직 내로 부분적 삽입을 위해 제공되는 하나 이상의 영역에 대해, 미리 기계적 또는 화학적 연마성 표면 개질(abrasive surface modification)을 실시한 후, 총 농도가 0.005M∼0.5M 범위인 알칼리-수산화물(akali-hydroxide), 알칼리-토금속-수산화물(alkaline-earth-hydroxide) 또는 이들 수산화물의 혼합물의 수용액 또는 유기 용액 중에서 처리하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 처리는 10∼30℃의 온도에서 1초~30분 동안 실시되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용액이 1종 이상의 알칼리-수산화물의 수용액 또는 유기 용액이고, 상기 용액의 총 농도가 0.05M∼0.1M 범위인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용액이 수산화스트론튬의 수용액 또는 유기 용액이고, 상기 용액의 총 농도가 0.05M∼0.1M 범위인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리-수산화물 또는 알칼리-토금속-수산화물로 처리하는 단계에서, 금속 산화물이 금속성 임플란트의 표면에서 개질되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,알칼리성의 상기 용액이 1종 이상의 상기 수산화물로 구성되는 수용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 처리는, 총 농도가 0.05M∼0.1M 범위인 알칼리-수산화물 또는 알칼리-토금속-수산화물 또는 이들 수산화물의 혼합물의 수용액 중에서 수행되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 처리가 2초∼10분 범위의 시간 동안 수행되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액이 수산화나트륨의 용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 용액이 0.008∼0.4M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 임플란트 표면이 상기 수용액으로 처리된 후, 상승된 온도에서의 후처리 또는 린싱에 의한 후처리가 전혀 실시되지 않은 상태로, 보관 또는 포장되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액이 상기 임플란트용 침지 배스(immersion bath)로서 사용되기 전에 탈기(degassing)되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 처리를 실시하는 동안, 적어도 간헐적으로 초음파를 상기 용액에 적용하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용액 중에서 처리하기 이전 또는 도중 또는 이후에 상기 임플란트를 UV 광으로 조사하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액으로 처리한 후 상기 임플란트 표면을 알칼리성 용액 중에 보관하고 포장하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 알칼리성 용액이 알칼리-수산화물의 용액, 알칼리-토금속-수산화물의 용액, 또는 이들 용액의 혼합물인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 알칼리성 용액이 0.0001∼0.9M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액 중에서 처리하기 이전에, 블라스팅-처리의 형태로 기계적 연마성 표면 개질을 수행하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 수용액 중에서 처리하기 이전 및 기계적 연마성 표면 개질 이후에, 화학적 표면 개질을 수행하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 임플란트를, 무균적으로 포장하고, 총 농도가 0.005M∼0.5M인 알칼리-수산화물, 알칼리-토금속-수산화물, 또는 이들 수산화물의 혼합물의 수용액 또는 유기 용액을 수용하는 용기(container)와 함께 컴비네이션 패키지(combination package) 내에 포장하고, 상기 임플란트를 인체 내에 삽입하기 직전에 상기 패키지로부터 해체한 후 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 상기 용기 내에서 상기 임플란트를 처리하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 하나 이상의 무균적으로 포장된 금속성 임플란트 및총 농도가 0.005∼0.5M인 알칼리-수산화물, 알칼리-토금속-수산화물 또는 이들 수산화물의 혼합물의 무균적으로 포장된 수용액 또는 유기 용액을 수용한 하나 이상의 용기를 포함하는 컴비네이션 패키지.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 용기는 0.008∼0.4M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액을 수용하는, 컴비네이션 패키지.
- 경질 조직 또는 연질 조직 내로 적어도 부분적으로 삽입하기 위한 친수성 표면을 가진 금속성 임플란트로서,상기 금속성 임플란트의 친수성의 표면은 적어도 구간별로(section-wise) 알칼리성 방식으로 개질되어 있는, 금속성 임플란트.
- 경질 조직 또는 연질 조직 내로 적어도 부분적으로 삽입하기 위한 친수성 표면을 가진 금속성 임플란트로서,제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 금속성 임플란트.
- 삭제
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 임플란트의 적어도 표면 또는 상기 임플란트 전체가 금속 산화물 또는 금속으로 구성되어 있는 금속성 임플란트.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 임플란트가 티타늄 또는 산화티타늄을 함유하고, 상기 티타늄 또는 산화티타늄은 알루미늄 및 니오븀과의 합금 또는 알루미늄 및 바나듐과의 합금을 포함하는, 금속성 임플란트.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 임플란트가 치과용 임플란트이며, 삽입된 상태에서 뼈 또는 연질 조직에 노출되는 상기 임플란트의 표면은 알칼리성 방식으로 친수화되어 있는, 금속성 임플란트.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 친수성 표면이 적어도 영역별로(area-wise) 마크로-조면화(macro-rough)되어 있는, 금속성 임플란트.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 치과용 임플란트로 사용되고, 상기 치과용 임플란트는 크라운 스터브(crown stub), 스레드화 피스(threaded piece), 나사 또는 핀을 포함하는, 금속성 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 처리가 5초∼120초 범위의 시간 동안 수행되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 처리가 5초∼30초 범위의 시간 동안 수행되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 용액이 0.01∼0.1M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 용액이 0.01∼0.07M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액인, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액이 상기 임플란트용 침지 배스(immersion bath)로서 사용되기 전에 탈기(degassing)되고, 사용될 때까지 불활성 가스 분위기에서 보관되는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용액 중에서 처리하기 이전에, 샌드 블라스팅(sand blasting)에 의해, 평균 입경이 0.05∼0.25mm인 산화알루미늄 입자를 이용하여, 1∼10 bar의 압력에서, 블라스팅-처리의 형태로 기계적 연마성 표면 개질을 수행하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 수용액 중에서 처리하기 이전 및 기계적 연마성 표면 개질 이후에, 진한 황산, 염화수소산, 플루오르화수소산, 질산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 처리함으로써, 화학적 표면 개질을 수행하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 수용액 중에서 처리하기 이전 및 기계적 연마성 표면 개질 이후에, 실온보다 높은 온도에서, 진한 황산, 염화수소산, 플루오르화수소산, 질산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 처리함으로써, 화학적 표면 개질을 수행하는, 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,제1항 내지 제6항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 하나 이상의 무균적으로 포장된 임플란트를 포함하는, 컴비네이션 패키지.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 용기는 0.01∼0.1M의 농도를 가진 수산화나트륨의 용액을 수용하는, 컴비네이션 패키지.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 수산화나트륨의 용액은, 상기 용액으로부터 CO2를 제거하기 위해 병입(bottling)하기 전에 불활성 가스로 린스 처리된, 컴비네이션 패키지.
