Claims (5)
- 티타늄 금속 또는 티타늄 합금으로 구성된 임플란트의 표면을 전처리하고, 전처리된 임플란트를 전기화학적으로 산화처리하여 표면에 산화피막을 형성시킨 다음, 형성된 산화피막을 산 또는 알칼리 수용액으로 후처리하여 균일한 기공 분포를 갖도록 하는 과정을 포함하는 티타늄 금속 또는 티타늄 합금으로 구성된 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전처리가 아세톤 또는 알코올로 임플란트를 탈지하고, 80℃에서 30g/ℓ 농도의 NaOH 수용액 또는 KOH 수용액에 5분간 담갔다가 건져서 수세하고, 상온에서 61중량% 농도의 진한 질산 15㎖, 49중량% 농도의 불산 3㎖ 및 증류수 82㎖로 이루어진 용액 내에서 5분간 산세한 다음, 증류수를 10분간 흘려주면서 세척하는 것으로 구성되는 화학적 전처리인 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전처리가 메탄올 60㎖, n-부탄올 35㎖ 및 과염소산 5㎖로 이루어진 용액을 -30℃로 유지하면서 22.5V의 전압을 5분간 가한 다음, 시편에 잔류하고 있는 전해액을 메탄올로 세척하는 것으로 구성되는 전기화학적 전처리인 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 산화처리가 10 - 500㎃/㎠ 범위의 전류밀도 및 100 - 500V의 전해 전압에서, 0.1 - 5M의 NaOH 수용액, 0.1 - 5M의 KOH 수용액, 0.1 - 5M의 LiOH 수용액, 0.01 - 0.5M의 β-글리세로포스페이트 수용액과 0.1 - 1.0M 아세트산나트륨 수용액의 혼합 용액, 0.01 - 0.5M β-글리세로포스페이트 수용액과 0.1 - 1.0M 아세트산칼슘 수용액의 혼합 용액, 및 이들의 혼합 용액으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 수용액을 전해액으로 사용하여 전기화학적으로 양극산화 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 후처리가 NaOH 수용액, KOH 수용액, LiOH 수용액 및 이들의 혼합 용액 중에서 선택되는 알칼리 수용액, HF 수용액, KF 수용액, NaF 수용액 및 이들의 혼합 용액 중에서 선택되는 불소화합물 수용액, 또는 옥살산 수용액으로, 상온 - 100℃의 온도 범위에서, 수분 - 수시간 동안 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 표면처리방법.
