Abstract
본 발명에 따른 복합 미세다공막은 고온에서의 우수한 열안정성과 우수한 투과성을 동시에 보유함으로써 전지의 신뢰성과 효율성을 동시에 확보할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 전지의 고출력/고용량화에 부합되는 성능을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 폴리올레핀계 미세다공막의 적어도 한 면 이상에, 용융 또는 유리전이온도가 170℃ ~ 500℃인 고내열성 고분자 수지와 공극률이 40 ~ 80%인 무기물 입자를 동시에 포함하여 25 ~ 60%의 공극률을 갖는 3 ~ 8㎛의 피복층이 형성된 복합 미세다공막으로,
1) 면적 수축률(170℃, 1hr)이 10% 이하이며,
2) 130℃ 모듈러스가 종/횡 방향 모두 0.5MPa ~ 7.0MPa이고,
3) 복합 미세다공막(CCSp)과 폴리올레핀계 미세다공막(Sp)과의 기체투과도 비율이 1.1 ≤ CCSp/Sp ≤ 3.5이며,
4) 복합 미세다공막의 기체투과도가 450sec 이하인
복합 미세다공막. - 제 1항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀계 미세다공막의 평균공경(Sps)과 복합 미세다공막에서 피복층이 제거된 미세다공막의 평균공경(CCSps)의 비율이 1.01 ≤ Sps/CCSps ≤ 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 미세다공막. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 복합 미세다공막의 피복층을 형성하기 위한 고내열성 고분자 수지는 열변형 온도가 170℃ 이상이며, 80℃ 전해액 함침율이 1 ~ 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 미세다공막. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 피복층을 형성하기 위한 무기물 입자는 평균입자 직경이 0.3 ~ 1.5㎛이며, 무기물 입자의 표면적이 3 ~ 10m2/g인 Al2O3, SiO2, BaTiO3, Al(OH)3, TiO2에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 미세다공막. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 피복층을 형성하는 고내열성 고분자 수지와 무기물 입자의 질량비는 30/70 ~ 5/95인 복합 미세다공막. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 미세다공막은 두께 8 ~ 30㎛이고, 천공강도 0.15N/㎛ 이상이며, 기체투과도 40 ~ 250sec이고, 표면층의 평균공경이 25 ~ 75nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 미세다공막.
