도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모터코어에 코일이 감긴 사시도.

Claims (6)
- 코일(C)이 감기는 봉 형상의 권취부(310) 및 권취부(310)의 양단에 권취부(310)보다 단면적이 크게 형성되어 자력교환이 이루어지는 헤드부(320,330)로 구성되고, 연자성의 분말로 가압성형된 복수의 파트(P1,P2)가 상호 접합되어 조립되며, 파트(P1,P2)의 접합지점(PP)에는 철계 연자성재료(500)가 충진되어 접합되고,
상기 각 파트(P1,P2)의 밀도는 7.6g/cc 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터코어. - 제1권취부(312)와 제1헤드부(320)로 구성된 제1파트(P1) 및 제2권취부(314)와 제2헤드부(340)로 구성된 제2파트(P2)가 각각 성형된 후 제1권취부(312)와 제2권취부(314)가 상호 접합되어 조립되고, 제1권취부(312)의 접합면과 제2권취부(314)의 접합면 사이에는 철계 연자성재료(500)가 충진되어 접합되고,
상기 각 파트(P1,P2)의 밀도는 7.6g/cc 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터코어. - 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 연자성재료(500)는 투자율 300μ이상의 NiZn 페라이트, MnZn 페라이트, CuZn, 순철분 분말들 중 하나 이상의 분말로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터코어. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 연자성재료(500)는 순철분말로 구성되고, 순철분말은 포화자속밀도가 1Tesla 이상이고 입도는 50㎛~150㎛이며 Fe가 97% 이상이고 Ni 및 Mn이 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터코어. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 연자성재료(500)는 MnZn 페라이트 분말 및 NiZn 페라이트 분말로 구성되고, 각 분말은 포화자속밀도가 0.3Tesla 이상이고 투자율이 400μ이상이며 입도는 1㎛~20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터코어.
