Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치는 공급된 증기를 이용하여 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제품을 성형하는 성형기와 성형기로부터 배출된 폐증기를 재활용이 가능한 형태로 회수하는 폐증기 회수부와 공급된 증기와 함께 또는 별도로 회수된 폐증기를 가열열원으로 재활용하여 성형된 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제품을 건조시키는 건조 공정부를 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 공급된 증기를 이용하여 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제품을 성형하는 성형기;
상기 성형기와 폐증기 인입배관으로 연결되고, 건조 공정부와 폐증기 공급배관으로 연결되는 폐증기 회수 탱크로 구성되어, 상기 성형기로부터 배출된 폐증기를 재활용이 가능한 형태로 회수하는 폐증기 회수부; 및
상기 공급된 증기와 함께 또는 별도로 상기 회수된 폐증기를 가열열원으로 재활용하여, 상기 성형된 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제품을 건조시키는 건조 공정부;를 포함하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폐증기 회수부는,
상기 폐증기 회수 탱크에 배관 연결되고, 설정된 수위로 봉입수가 채워진 U 형상 압력조절관과,
상기 압력조절관과 배관 연결되며 봉입수를 저장하는 봉입수 팽창탱크를 포함하여 구성되는 압력조절수단;을 더 포함하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.

- 청구항 1 또는 청구항2에 있어서,
상기 건조 공정부는,
열풍을 순환시켜 내부에 수용된 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제품을 건조시키는 건조실;
상기 열풍의 가열열원으로서 주증기관을 통해 공급된 증기를 이용하는 증기 열원공급부; 및
상기 열풍의 가열열원으로서 상기 폐증기 회수부로부터 토출된 폐증기를 이용하는 폐증기 열원공급부;를 포함하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 폐증기 열원공급부는,
상기 폐증기 회수부로부터 토출된 폐증기를 흡입하는 이젝터와, 상기 이젝터를 통해 흡입된 폐증기를 가열열원으로 작동하는 히터를 포함하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 폐증기 열원공급부는,
상기 흡입되는 폐증기의 유압 또는 유량을 조절 제어하도록 상기 이젝터를 제어하는 이젝터 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 폐증기 열원공급부는,
상기 이젝터와 함께 또는 별도로, 상기 폐증기 회수부로부터 토출된 폐증기가 상기 건조 공정부의 가열열원으로 이용될 수 있도록 부압을 제공하는 링 블로워 또는 펌프를 포함하는 발포폴리스티렌 또는 발포폴리프로필렌 제조 장치.
