Description
도 2는 종래의 분사장치의 구조를 나타내는 정면 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 분사장치의 구조를 나타내는 단면 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 플런저를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 A-A 단면도이다.
도 6은 댐핑 그루브 의한 유동을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
또한, 도 3, 도 4 및 도 6에 보인 바와 같이, 복수 열의 댐핑 그루브(130)의 적어도 하나는 플런저(100)의 상단에서 시작되어 플런저실(202)과 직접 연통하도록 마련할 수 있다. 도 3, 도 4 및 도 6에 도시된 실시예에서는, 복수 열의 댐핑 그루브(130) 중 가장 위쪽에 형성되어 있는 댐핑 그루브(130), 즉, 플런저(100)의 축 방향을 기준으로 위에서 아래쪽으로 3개의 열(즉, 제1열, 제2열, 제3열)을 이루는 3개 열의 댐핑 그루브(130) 중 가장 위쪽에 있는 제1열의 댐핑 그루브(130)가 플런저(100)의 상단에서 시작되어 플런저실(202)과 직접 연통하고 있고, 제2열 및 제3열의 댐핑 그루브(130)는 해제 홈(102)에서 시작하여 해제 홈(102)을 통해서 플런저실(202)과 간접 연통하고 있다.
이처럼 복수 열의 댐핑 그루브(130) 중 적어도 하나가 플런저(100)의 상단에서 시작되어 플런저실(202)과 직접 연통하도록 구성됨으로써 플런저실(202)의 고압이 해당 댐핑 그루브(130)에 직접적이고 효과적으로 전달되어 캐비테이션 손상 저감 효과를 확대할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 배럴(200)의 플런저실(202) 내부에서 플런저(100)가 축방향으로 왕복 미끄럼 운동하여 연료를 압축하는 연료분사펌프의 분사장치로서,
상기 플런저(100)에는 플런저실(202)과 연통하는 해제 홈(102) 및 해제 홈(102)과 연통하는 컨트롤 엣지(104)가 형성되고,
상기 배럴(200)의 벽면에는 플런저실(202)과 급/배유실(204)을 연통하고 상기 컨트롤 엣지(104)에 접하는 것에 의해 플런저실(202)의 압력이 빠져나가도록 하는 스필 포트(206)가 형성되며,
상기 플런저(100)의 컨트롤 엣지(104)의 상부 외주면에는, 플런저(100)의 상단면 또는 해제 홈(102)과 상기 스필 포트(206)의 입출부(211)를 연통시켜서 상기 플런저(100)의 컨트롤 엣지(104)가 스필 포트(206)와 만나 본격적으로 압력이 해제되기 전에 미리 스필 포트(206)와 만나서 플런저실(202)로부터 스필 포트(206)로 연료의 미세 유동을 형성하는 댐핑 그루브(130)가 형성되며,
상기 댐핑 그루브(130)는, 미세 유동의 수를 늘려 플런저 외벽 손상에 대한 보호영역을 넓힘과 함께 플런저실(202)의 압력을 단계적으로 해제하기 위해 복수 열로 형성되고,
복수 열의 댐핑 그루브(130)는, 길이방향에 수직한 횡단면 상의 전체 폭(H)이 스필 포트(206)의 입출부(211)의 지름(D) 이내이며,
상기 복수 열의 댐핑 그루브(130)의 적어도 하나는 상기 플런저(100)의 상단에서 시작되어 상기 플런저실(202)과 직접 연통하도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프의 분사장치. - 삭제
