Abstract
본 발명에 따른 음이온성 폴리감마글루탐산(γPGA)와 양이온성 키토산을 이용한 이온성 조립을 통해 산화철 기반 나노입자는 고분자 복합체 내부로 봉입하여 복합체 내부에 갇혀있는 산화철 기반 나노입자들이 서로간의 상호작용으로 인해 자기공명신호 증폭의 시너지효과를 유발하기 때문에, 하나의 입자로 존재할 때보다 뛰어난 조영 효과가 있는 특징이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 음이온성 고분자와 양이온성 고분자의 이온성 자기조립에 의해 형성된 고분자 복합체에 자기공명영상 나노조영제가 봉입되어 있는 나노입자 복합체의 제조방법:
(a) 음이온성 고분자가 함유된 유기용매 용액과 자기공명영상 나노조영제가 함유된 유기용매 용액을 혼합하여 음이온성 고분자의 음이온성기가 나노조영제의 표면을 공격하고 유기용매 상에서 수용액 상으로 상전이를 유도함으로써, 음이온성 고분자가 코팅된 자기공명영상 나노조영제 복합체를 수득하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 수득한 음이온성 고분자가 코팅된 자기공명영상 나노조영제 복합체에 양이온성 고분자를 첨가하여 음이온성 고분자와 양이온성 고분자의 이온성 자기조립에 의해 형성된 고분자 복합체에 자기공명영상 나노조영제가 봉입되어 있는 나노입자 복합체를 수득하는 단계,
여기서, 상기 음이온성 고분자는 폴리글루탐산(Polyglutamic acid)이며,
상기 양이온성 고분자는 키토산(Chitosan), 폴리에틸렌이민(Poly(ethylenimine)), 폴리L라이신(Poly(L-lysine)), 폴리디알릴디메틸염화암모늄(Poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride)), 폴리알릴아민(Poly(allylamine)), 염산염(hydrochloride), 폴리오르니틴(Poly-ornithine), 폴리비닐아민염산염(Poly(vinylamine)hydrochloride), 폴리2-디메틸아미노에틸메탈크릴레이트(Poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)), 폴리아미도아마인(Poly(amido amine)), 덴드리머(dendrimer) 및 젤라틴(Gelatin)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되고,
상기 자기공명영상 나노조영제는 철(Fe), 망간(Mn), 코발트(Co), 가돌리늄(Gd), 프라세오디듐(praseodymium, PR), 사마륨(samarium, Sm), 유로퓸(europium, Eu), 테르븀(terbium, Tb), 디스프로슘(dysprosium, Dy), 홀뮴(holmium, Ho), 에르븀(erbium, Er), 둘륨(thulium, Tm), 이테르븀(ytterbium, Yb), 루테튬(lutetium, Lu) 및 이들 복합체로 구성된 나노입자 군에서 선택되며,
상기 유기용매는 DMSO, 클로로포름(chloroform), 헥산 및 에탄올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것임. - 삭제
