Claims (10)
- [A] 아민형 에폭시 수지 10 내지 60 중량부,[B] 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지 40 내지 90 중량부,[C] 디시안디아미드 또는 그의 유도체 1 내지 10 중량부, 및[D] S-B-M, B-M 및 M-B-M으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 블록 공중합체 1 내지 10 중량부(상기 S, B 및 M으로 표시되는 각 블록은 공유결합에 의해서 연결되어 있거나, 한쪽 블록에 하나의 공유결합 형성을 통해 결합되고, 다른쪽의 블록에 다른 공유결합 형성을 통해 결합된 중간 분자에 의해서 연결되어 있으며, 블록 M은 폴리메타크릴산메틸의 단독 중합체 또는 메타크릴산메틸을 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 공중합체이고, 블록 B는 에폭시 수지 및 블록 M에 비상용이며, 그의 유리 전이 온도 Tg가 20 ℃ 이하이고, 블록 S는 에폭시 수지, 블록 B 및 블록 M에 비상용이며, 그의 유리 전이 온도 Tg는 블록 B의 유리 전이 온도 Tg보다 높다)를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 [A]에 있어서의 아민형 에폭시 수지로서, 상기 아민형 에폭시 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 화학양론량으로 1 당량의 디시안디아미드와 3 중량부의 3-(3,4-디클로로페닐)-1,1-디메틸우레아를 배합하여 승온 속도 10 ℃/분으로 승온 측정을 행했을 때의 반응 개시 온도가 130 내지 150 ℃의 범위에 있는 아민형 에폭시 수지를 이용하는 것인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 [B]의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지 40 내지 90 중량부 중, 20 내지 90 중량부가 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 [B]에 있어서의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지의 평균 에폭시 당량이 300 내지 800의 범위에 있는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 [D]에 있어서의 블록 공중합체의 블록 B가 폴리1,4-부타디엔 또는 폴리(부틸아크릴레이트)인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 130 ℃에서 2 시간 동안 경화시켰을 때, 크기가 10 내지 1000 nm의 범위에 있는 상분리 구조를 형성하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,〔C〕성분의 디시안디아미드 또는 그의 유도체가 전체 에폭시 수지 성분의 에폭시기 1 당량에 대하여, 활성 수소기를 0.6 내지 0.9 당량의 범위에서 포함하는 것인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 매트릭스가 제1항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물인 프리프레그.
- 제8항에 기재된 프리프레그를 적층하고, 경화시켜 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복 합 재료.
- 제8항에 기재된 프리프레그를 관상으로 적층하고, 경화시켜 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복합 재료 제조 관상체.
