Claims (1)
- 산부와 곡부를 갖는 콜게이트관으로 형성된 플렉시블 튜브를 통형상의 이음매의 단부의 개구로부터 이 이음매의 내부에 삽입함으로써, 상기 콜게이트관과 이음매를 서로 접합할 수 있게 된 플렉시블 튜브용 이음매로서,상기 이음매는 통형상 본체와, 이 통형상 본체의 일단에 선단부가 나사결합됨과 아울러 상기 개구가 형성된 정지륜을 가지며,상기 통형상 본체의 단면과 상기 정지륜의 단면 사이에 이음매의 내부로부터 외부로의 가스 통과는 허용하지만 이음매의 외부로부터 내부로의 물의 통과는 허용하지 않는 패킹이 설치되어 있으며,통형상 본체의 내주와 콜게이트관의 외주 사이에 내화 성능을 갖는 내화 시일재와, 내화 성능은 갖지 않지만 상온에 있어서 소정의 시일 기능을 발휘하는 표준 시일재와, 콜게이트관의 곡부에 끼워 넣어지는 리테이너가 배치되며,상기 표준 시일재는 콜게이트관의 소정수의 산부의 외주에 접하는 길이로 형성되고,상기 내화 시일재는 상기 표준 시일재보다 상기 이음매의 개구측에 배치됨과 아울러, 열팽창성의 부재로 구성되고, 또한 그 내경이 상기 콜게이트관의 산부의 외경보다 대경으로 형성되어 있으며,상기 리테이너는 상기 내화 시일재보다도 상기 이음매의 개구측에 배치됨과 아울러, 상기 플렉시블 튜브에 이음매로부터의 이탈력이 작용했을 때에 상기 정지륜의 선단부의 내주 테이퍼면에 접촉함으로써 이음매로부터의 플렉시블 튜브의 이탈을 방지할 수 있으며,상기 이음매로의 콜게이트관의 삽입이 얕아 삽입 불량인 경우에 관내에 가스를 통과했을 때에 이 콜게이트관으로부터 새어나간 가스가 상기 내화 시일재의 내주와, 상기 리테이너의 부분과, 상기 통형상 본체와 정지륜의 나사 결합부와, 상기 패킹을 통과하여 외부로 새어나가도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 튜브용 이음매.
