도 6은 본 발명의 캐비테이션 방지를 위한 어댑터 및 이를 구비한 원심펌프의 다른 실시예를 도시하는 단면도.

Claims (3)
- 중공 파이프형상으로 이루어져 유체 관로와 원심펌프의 흡입구 사이에 연결되되, 양정의 증가와 유량의 안정적인 공급이 가능하도록 입구가 출구보다 확장 형성된 하우징과;
상기 하우징의 내주면에 방사상 등간격을 두고 위치하여, 상기 원심펌프의 임펠러 회전방향과 동일한 방향성을 가지고 중심을 향하여 유선형으로 연장되며, 압력강하 현상을 최소화하도록 일면이 타면에 비해 더 큰 곡률을 가지는 다수 개의 유도날개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐비테이션 방지를 위한 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유도날개의 최대 높이는 상기 하우징 내경의 1/4 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐비테이션 방지를 위한 어댑터.
- 흡입구와 토출구를 가지는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 마련되어 구동수단에 의해 회전하는 임펠러로 이루어진 원심펌프에 있어서,
상기 케이싱의 흡입구에는 상기 제1항 또는 제2항의 어댑터가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
