본 발명의 농작물의 병해 방제 및 생장촉진을 위한 바실러스 서브틸러스 배양용 배지는 산삼배양에 사용된 폐산삼배양액과 탄소원을 함유한다.

Claims (5)
- 산삼배양에 사용된 폐산삼배양액과 탄소원으로 말산(malic acid)을 함유하며,
농작물 병해는 보트리티스 시네리아(Botrytis cinerea)가 병원균인 잿빛곰팡이병, 풀비아풀바(Fulvia fulva)가 병원균인 잎곰팡이병, 콜레토트리쿰 코코데스(Colletotrichum coccodes)가 병원균인 탄저병인 것을 특징으로 하는 농작물 병해 방제 및 생장촉진을 위한 바실러스 서브틸러스 배양용 배지. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 산삼배양에 사용된 폐산삼배양액과 탄소원으로 말산(malic acid)을 함유하는 미생물 배양용 배지를 조성하는 배지조성단계와;
상기 배지에 바실러스 서브틸러스 균주를 접종하여 배양하는 배양단계;를 포함하며,
농작물 병해는 보트리티스 시네리아(Botrytis cinerea)가 병원균인 잿빛곰팡이병, 풀비아풀바(Fulvia fulva)가 병원균인 잎곰팡이병, 콜레토트리쿰 코코데스(Colletotrichum coccodes)가 병원균인 탄저병인 것을 특징으로 하는 농작물 병해 방제 및 생장촉진을 위한 미생물 제제의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 배지조성단계는 a)상기 폐산삼배양액을 여과하는 단계와, b)상기 폐산삼배양액에 상기 탄소원을 첨가하는 단계와, c)상기 폐산삼배양액을 멸균하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농작물 병해 방제 및 생장촉진을 위한 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
