Description
Claims (30)
- 흡열 분해성 화합물을 포함하는 연료를 제공하는 단계와,열량을 가지는 주요 부산물과 수소를 형성하기 위하여 상기 화합물을 촉매를 통해 분해하는 단계와,수소를 분리하는 단계와,분해 단계를 실시하는 데 필요한 열을 생산하기 위하여 상기 주요 부산물을 반응, 산화, 또는 연소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡열 분해성 화합물은 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 연료는 0 내지 25 wt%의 물과 75 wt% 내지 100 wt%의 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연료는 0 내지 10 wt%의 물과 90 wt% 내지 100 wt%의 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연료는 5wt%의 물과 95wt%의 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,물은 분리 단계를 위하여 사용되는 선택적 투과막(permselective membrane)을 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 수성 가스 전환 반응(water-gas-shift reaction), 메탄올 형성, 포름산 메틸 형성, 및 디메틸 에테르 형성으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종의 반응 에서 메탄올 분해를 위해 선택적인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주요 부산물은 일산화탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반응, 산화, 또는 연소시키는 단계는 공기를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,벤투리 이젝터(venturi ejector)를 이용하여 주요 부산물과 공기를 혼합하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료를 제공하는 단계는 연료를 가압하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반응, 산화, 또는 연소시키는 단계는 선택적 투과막에 열을 제공하는 것을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,분리된 수소의 압력을 조정하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,연료 유속을 수정함으로써 원하는 온도를 유지하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,분해 단계가 일어나는 온도를 조정하기 위한 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 방법.
- 흡열 분해성 화합물을 포함하는 연료를 공급하는 연료 공급부와,열량을 가지는 주요 부산물과 수소를 형성하도록 상기 화합물을 분해하기 위하여 선택적인 촉매를 포함하는 반응기와,수소를 분리하기 위한 선택적 투과막과,상기 화합물의 분해를 실시하는 데 필요한 열을 생산하는, 상기 주요 부산물을 반응, 산화 또는 연소시키기 위한 버너를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 흡열 분해성 화합물은 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 연료가 75 wt% 내지 100 wt%의 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 연료가 최대 25 wt%의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 연료가 최대 10 wt%의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 연료가 5 wt%의 물과 95 wt%의 메탄올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 물은 상기 선택적 투과막을 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 수성 가스 전환 반응(water-gas-shift reaction), 메탄올 형성, 포름산 메틸 형성, 및 디메틸 에테르 형성으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종의 반응 에서 메탄올 분해를 위해 선택적인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.

- 제16항에 있어서,분리된 수소의 압력을 조정하기 위한 압력 조정기를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,반응기 압력을 조정하기 위한 압력 조정기를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 반응기와 상기 막은 상기 버너와 열적으로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,주요 부산물과 함께 상기 버너 내로 공기를 끌어들이기 위하여 벤투리 이젝터를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 생산 장치.
- 연료 전지와 제16항에 따른 수소 생산 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력원(electric power source).
