Abstract
본 발명은 펜톤산화 방법이나 기타 산화처리 방법처럼 유입되는 알카리성의 염색폐수를 강산성 조건으로 만들기 위해 많은 황산의 투입 및 색도제거를 위하여 과산화수소를 추가로 투입하여야하는 기존의 염색폐수 처리방법 대신에 철염환원 처리방법을 이용하여 알카리 조건에서 철염과 폐수내의 알카리 유발물질(OH-, CO3 2 -, HCO3 -, HPO4 2 -) 과 및 난분해성 오염물질을 반응시켜 염색폐수를 처리하는 것으로, 유입되는 염색폐수를 강알카리로 만들기 위하여 사용하는 가성소다의 OH라디칼기가 색도를 제거하므로 기존의 처리방식에서 색도제거를 위하여 다량으로 사용하는 과산화수소 투입량을 억제시키고, 철염환원 처리방법에 의해 침전된 철염환원침전물만을 강산성화 시켜 황산 투입량을 줄일 수 있으며 소량 투입된 황산도 철염환원침전물 내의 철성분과 결합시켜 철염으로 재생시켜 재사용 하므로 염색폐수처리에 소요되는 약품비를 절감시키고, 특히 철염환원침전물 내의 철성분의 회수로 탈수케이크의 량을 획기적으로 줄여서 경제적인 운영이 되는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 염색폐수 철염환원 처리방법에 있어서,
염색폐수(A)가, 환원조정조(210)로 이송되어 강알카리 상태가 되고, 환원반응조(230)로 유입되어 철염투입장치(240)로부터 투입되는 철염으로부터 생성되는 철이온과 염색폐수내의 난분해성 오염물질이 결합하면서 플럭이 형성되는 단계와;
상기 환원반응조(230)에서 생성된 플럭이 포함된 염색폐수(A)는, 1차응집침전조(250)로 유입되어 철염환원침전물(260)과 1차처리수로 분리되는 단계와;
상기 철염환원침전물(260)은, 산반응조(310)로 이송되어 강산성환경하에서 철염용액으로 재생되고, 고액분리장치(330)을 거쳐 상등액과 침전물로 분리되고, 상기 상등액은 상기 철염투입장치(240)로 이송되어 재사용되고, 상기 침전물은 탈수케이크(370)로 배출되는 단계와;
상기 1차처리수는, pH조정조(410)로 유입되어 중성으로 pH가 조정되고, 폭기조(430)로 유입되어 유기물이 분해 처리되고, 2차응집침전조(450)로 유입되어 침전물과 2차처리수로 분리되며, 상기 침전물은 탈수케이크(370)로 배출되고 상기 2차처리수는 방류수조(510)를 거쳐 방류되는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색폐수 철염환원 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서
상기 환원조정조(210)에 유입된 염색폐수(A)에 가성소다를 투입하여 pH 9.5 내지 10.5의 강알카리 분위기를 조성 후 철염을 투입하여 염색폐수(A)중의 난분해성 오염물질을 철염과 반응시킨 후 플럭화된 고형분을 1차응집침전조(250)조에서 응집 및 침전시켜 난분해성 오염물질이 포함된 철염환원침전물(260)로 제거하여 상등수와 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색폐수 철염환원 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서
상기 1차응집침전조(250)에서 침전 제거된 철염환원침전물(260)에 황산을 첨가하여 pH 1 내지 2.5정도를 유지시키면서 고액분리하여 상등액으로 재생된 철염용액으로 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색폐수 철염환원 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차응집침전조(250)의 상등액에 황산을 첨가하여 pH를 7로 중화시킨 후에 상등액내에 포함된 유기물을 미생물을 이용하여 분해 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색폐수 철염환원 처리방법.
